Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cozy 1 level home with no stairs. Close to restaurants and shopping. Walmart and GM Plant are 15 minutes away.

The space
This home can sleep up to 8. It has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in each and queen size sleeper sofa.

There is no smoking or vaping of any kind permitted.

House includes all amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen, keuig coffee maker, blender, toaster, work space, washer/dryer, smart tv's in all bedrooms and living room, free wifi, towels, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and adjustable thermostat.

Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We also include light cleaning supplies for your peace of mind.

Guests have access to entire home. An accurate guest count must be included on all reservations.

PET POLICY
Pets must be pre approved and disclosed up front. Please only bring small to medium sized animals that can be crated when unattended. There is a $400 pet fee for up to 2 pets. All shots and flea treatments must be up to date. The yard is not fenced so a leash is necessary.

- Pick up after dog droppings
- Do not allow the dog to bark excessively
- Do not allow pets on furniture or beds
- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate.
- Put pet sheets on furniture
- Pets must be housebroken
- Crate the pet if left unattended indoors.
- Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively

This guest booked a 20 night stay and 3 nights into their stay they state that a one level home will not meet their son’s medical needs and wanted a refund for the remaining days. It was an emergency but they wanted to leave, maybe, 5 days later. We informed them that we would be willing to give a partial refund for the days that we could rebook. Unfortunately, after they left 13 days into their stay, the reservation was no longer able to be canceled. I would not recommend this guest to anyone. They are upset that they couldn’t just book a stay, cancel and get a refund. This review says nothing about the property or the stay.

Cozy and comfortable

We chose this property because everything is on one level, no stairs, as my Dad is Handicapped. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The home sleeps 8 and the only thing I would change is the kitchen table it’s a bit small and we ate in shifts. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and convenient to interstate 65. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Spring Hill!

Spring Hill Stay

The house itself was decent/modern. Seemed like a great family oriented neighborhood. Nice little patio to sit at out back. Cleanliness of the house was very below average. Every window seal had dead bugs/flies and dirt. Many corners of the Livingroom and bed rooms had spider/cob webs, some with dead spiders in them and some with alive spiders. One of the guest bedrooms had garbage underneath and behind the bed and under a night stand. The entry way to the front door was full of cobwebs with bugs and spiders dead and alive. Someone was there several times while we were gone during the day. Several motion detection cameras inside and outside the residence. Very disappointing and I will not be booking any other future stays with these people as the cleanliness, bugs and motion detectors were very discomforting.

We’re very sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, since we never received any communications from you regarding this issue during your stay, we were unable to immediately rectify the situation. I’ve been in contact with the cleaners, and they have assured me that everything was clean. Also, we’ve yet to see any evidence of what you’re describing, so we’re not entirely sure how to proceed. Regarding the cameras, our listing discloses all outdoor security cameras, so you’re made aware of them before deciding to book with us, and there are absolutely no indoor cameras. It’s also on the listing that tampering with these cameras is prohibited, so after we observed that one was moved, as well as some suspicious activity on your part, maintenance was sent to the property to remedy this. While they were there, they also moved the trash can back to its rightful place, where it was moved to put us in violation of HOA regulations, and would’ve led to us being issued a citation. Due to these incidents, we agree that it would be best if you did not return.

This was a wonderful spot for our family. The host was very responsive and the home was well stocked and more than comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there and we'll be back again!
