The property is a dream. The host is amazingly nice and available. Anything needed; he ensured we had it on time. The sunrise and sunset is beautiful. We will definitely be using this home again.

Peaceful, water views from 3 sides, needs updating

The views were lovely of the water with moss draped trees, however the home had miscommunications regarding cleaning, it was taken care of, but resulted in late 7:30 entry. There were a number of discrepancies, the home was not what was expected for the price. To his credit Jerry was very communicative.

Family vacation

Our family of 16 thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay here! The accommodations and indoor and outdoor space were perfect for all of us. The kids loved playing in the sand and learning to fish, and the adults loved the kayaks and canoe. We grilled on both the gas and charcoal grills and cooked family meals in the kitchen everyday. The location isn't far from Pensacola or Navarre, and the views and sunset were truly incredible! Some of our family prefers the beach and others the lake, so finding a place on the bay was the perfect compromise for us, and the outside activities allowed us to be able to enjoy the family time together without having to find entertainment elsewhere, and local beaches aren't far away. There are still some improvements to be made both inside and outside, but nothing that hindered our stay or would prevent us from staying here again. The air conditioner didn't work great downstairs, but there were also a couple of days where the feel like temperature was over 110. A couple of fans helped and the window units kept the upstairs feeling great. We truly had a great stay, and are so thankful for the time we had together.

Great Location

We had a great time at this rental and it accommodated us well. The location worked well since we had to go between Pensacola and Navarre. The teens loved the kayaks and the hammocks. The sunsets and views were amazing.

Relaxing by the Bay

The property was as described, there were no surprises. My wife and I enjoyed our week stay of relaxing and going to the beach in Gulf Breeze. We fished from kayaks every morning and late afternoon and caught several species of fish. Would definitely recommend.

Bay Paradise

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Very spacious, well kept, and well stocked. The owner was easy to contact and work with. We rented the property for a women’s retreat and it easily housed 14 of us. Plenty of outdoor space to just sit and enjoy or if you are looking to be active lots of place to explore. I give it an A+ and we will be back!

Perfect Family Place for Large Family

The property was clean. There was plenty of space for 12 of us without being cramped up. The kitchen had tons of dishes and everything we needed to cook, bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, living space was nice in comfortable. The porch was perfect for evening sunsets and morning coffee. There is also a covered sitting area outside. The outside had kayaks /canoe, beach chairs, wake boards and some sand toys. My teenagers had a great time, our dogs had plenty of space to exercise and swim and grandma had a peaceful place to have coffee every morning . Beautiful beaches close by. Owner was very responsive.

Beautiful place, beautiful home

My family loved our stay. The property is surrounded by water and has several kayaks and canoes to explore the inlet. The house itself is older, but has been beautiful remodeled and decorated. It was perfect for our family. Jerry was also so wonderful and easy to work with.

Very nice place but house shakes.

Is a very nice place but would need more remodeling and upgrades. Also the house shakes back and forth is kind of scary but is a nice and peaceful place too.

Beautiful Property

We had our wedding at Navarre Beach FL and stayed at this property. The property is very well maintianed and clean. The property is almost surrounded by water. There is access to the bay via kyacks that are at the property. My family loved this place so mcu that we will be staying here from now on for our family reunions. Thanks Jerry

Very nice place!

Nice place. Looks like the owner is working hard to make the place beautiful. Was pleased overall: found out after booking there was an error in the booking system that would’ve given the property owner the right to cancel, but he chose to honor the wrong info knowing we’d already set our plans. Definitely appreciated that. House was well stocked, and beds were comfy.
