We recently stayed at this beautiful beach house in Pensacola, Florida, and it was truly everything we hoped for and more. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel at home.The highlight for us was definitely the private pool — it was crystal clear, well-maintained, and such a great bonus after long days at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was just a short drive away, and the sugar-white sand and emerald water made it feel like paradise.We loved having coffee on the porch in the mornings and watching the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen was fully stocked, so cooking meals was super easy, but we were also close to great restaurants and shops when we wanted to go out.The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. We can’t wait to come back — highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun getaway in Pensacola!

We could not have asked for a better stay! Matt was such an excellent host, was great on keeping communication with us if something came up, and overall our guests were happy!All of the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was a great addition to have during the summer. Gulf breeze stay

Great neighborhood, plenty of room for our family. Close to shopping, short drive to the beach. Could use some sod in the back yard. The only thing that would make it better is if it were rite on the beach.

Safe Family friendly vacation spot

The house was really nice overall — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group of 5. The beds were great, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need for cooking and cleaning, which made meals super easy.We used the pool and enjoyed it, but we do wish it had been a bit cleaner. A few of the TVs were a bit tricky — some worked while others didn’t, and sometimes turning on a TV in one room would power on a different one instead. That was a little frustrating, especially with kids trying to watch their own shows.With a bit more attention to the pool and TV setup, this would be a fantastic place to stay!

Looks can be deceiving

I was looking for a rental that would accommodate 11 of us over Thanksgiving while I surprised a family member who is stationed down here with the Navy. Being closer to the base as well as the beach was important and through my searching I stumbled across this listing. The pictures looked really nice and it seemed to check most all of the boxes that we were looking for in a rental. The communication prior to arrival was amazing. We were able to check in a little bit early because I was notified by the owner, Matt, that his cleaning crew was able to get done sooner than planned, which worked out great for us as we arrived in town a little bit before the check in time. We pulled up to the house and were really surprised to see just how poorly maintained the yard was (and at this point we had o key seen the front yard). We got into the house and upon first impression it wasn’t bad but as we walked around we noticed the floor was making our socks filthy. We walked outside the back door to check out the pool to find that the patio furniture was not usable without a DEEP cleaning. The cushions were full of mold spots, the liner in the pool was pulling away from the walls not to mention a non-heated pool with zero shade the pool was FREEZING so we paid for a house with a pool that wouldn’t be used. The pool was full of leaves and junk, which later in the week the pool maintenance people came (on site less than 10 minutes) All they did was skim all the leaves out of the pool and ge

Beautiful home

We assembled 3 sets of family members from different states in Gulf Breeze for a family wedding and this home was perfect!! Not only did it have everything we could possibly need but it also provided a great location for us to catch up and hang out. The home is adorable, close to shopping, across the street from the police station so it’s safe, and made us feel at home. Matt was excellent with communication prior to and throughout our stay, even providing recommendations on local places to eat. We would definitely stay again.

Family get away

Charming house with plenty of room!

This peoperty was very nice and spacious for 3 adults & 6 kids. The bunk beds were a great addition for a child-friendly stay. The sleeper sofa was also a needed addition. We had plenty of room throughout the property. There were a multitude of kitchen amenities to use. The property also had plenty of beach toys to use if needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We did notice that the floors and rug did not seem to be thoroughly clean. There was also trash at the bottom of the trash basin under the trash bag when we arrived. The pool seemed to have a brown residue on the bottom in some areas and there was a mold-like substance on the cushions of the patio furniture. We were pleased with the rental but wanted to note these things for the property owner so they can address their cleaning service. Thank you so much for your assistance throughout the rental experience!

Went down with family to enjoy the Blue Angel shows! Excellent location. Our Host, Matt could not have been nicer to work with. Kids enjoyed pool everyday and adults hung out on covered back porch. Home was close by to plenty of grocery store's and restaurants. Thank you, Matt!!

We had our whole family all ages, the house was the perfect location, very safe neighborhood. We enjoyed short drives to the beach, bay and sound. We cooked and the kitchen was fully stocked! The pool was the most amazing part, providing all day shade in the water for our beach burnt skin! 10/10 recommend this house. Matt was soooo amazing and helpful!

Everything is nearby

We had a nice stay at this location. Matt was an exceptional communicator. The house was everything that we needed. We especially liked how close the house was to everything we did. It’s in a nice neighborhood. It’s a very short drive to any store or restaurant or even the beach.
