The company We Care Conciergerie will handle communication with our valued guests daily from 10 AM to 8 PM.

Located in a residential area with stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. Easy access to Monaco and the Saint-Roman district – about a 15-minute walk. Shops are 5 minutes away by car or a 15-minute walk.

Guests will have access to the entire home, which includes stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Create unforgettable memories in this unique family villa, ideally located just a few minutes from Monaco. Perfect for a peaceful stay with family or friends, the house offers breathtaking sea views, a lush garden, and a sunny private pool.

Upon arrival, you’ll find a private parking spot at the upper entrance of the house.
On the second floor, enjoy a bright living room with a large balcony overlooking the sea. This level features a cozy sleeping area with a sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi – ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The first floor includes:

a master bedroom with a queen-size bed,

a children’s bedroom with a single bed,

a spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet, and a stunning sea view.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that opens onto a charming garden. An outdoor table invites you to enjoy meals in the open air. On the left side, the garden extends toward a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for unwinding in the sunshine.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and spread across three levels, connected by interior staircases.



Easy access to Monaco and the Saint-Roman district – about a 15-minute walk.
Shops are 5 minutes away by car or a 15-minute walk.
Roquebrune-Cap-Martin train station is a 21-minute walk away.
Nice Airport is a 33-minute drive.
A bus line passes near the house, but your stay will be more comfortable with a car. A dedicated parking space is available.

This is a semi-detached house with one private parking space available.
Please note the following rules and important details:

No smoking inside the house

No parties or events allowed

No pets permitted

The property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (stairs throughout the house)

A maintenance person comes once a week to take care of the pool. They do not have access to the interior of the home.

The pool is equipped with a safety alarm to help prevent accidents and drowning.

A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.
