Independent villa at the gates of Monaco, ideal for a stay between sea and city. It features a superb 150 m² furnished terrace with an outdoor kitchen, perfect for al fresco dining. A true haven of peace, the villa is located less than 1 km from Monaco and close to the Italian border. Walking access to the beach, quiet and privileged surroundings. Two private parking spaces are available for optimal comfort throughout your stay.
Before and during your stay, the We Care Conciergerie team will be your main point of contact to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Our team is available daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm to assist you and answer any questions you may have throughout your stay.
Very sunny apartment on the seaside, so you benefit from the sea view, access to the beach in 5 minutes.
The train station is also 10 minutes from the apartment and serves all the surrounding cities : Monaco, Menton, Nice, Cannes.
You will also find shops near the accommodation.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
The 81 m² duplex apartment-villa is located in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive from the Principality of Monaco.

One mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (open, not fully enclosed)

A second bathroom with WC and a large walk-in (Italian-style) shower
