Our team is available daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm to assist you and answer any questions you may have throughout your stay.

Very sunny apartment on the seaside, so you benefit from the sea view, access to the beach in 5 minutes.
The train station is also 10 minutes from the apartment and serves all the surrounding cities : Monaco, Menton, Nice, Cannes.
You will also find shops near the accommodation.

The 81 m² duplex apartment-villa is located in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive from the Principality of Monaco.

A set of bed linen and towels is provided per person for the entire duration of your stay and is included in the cleaning fee (cleaning + linen).
A welcome kit will be waiting for you upon arrival to help you start your holiday comfortably: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, toilet paper rolls, and trash bags.
The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and a comfortable indoor setting. Located along a main road, it provides easy access to surrounding areas, with some traffic depending on the time of day.
