MOUNTAIN CREST 35 (THE TREEHOUSE) - 1 BEDROOM, 1 BATH - BEDDING: This unit has a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The loft area has 2 full-size beds and a Queen bed. The unit comfortably sleeps 6. Nestled among the treetops, this unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay at Snowshoe Mountain. Located atop the Highland Ridge, Mountain Crest is approximately a 3-minute or 100-yard walk to the Powderidge lift, approximately 1 mile from the Village. It features a full kitchen, including stainless steel microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and granite counters. A private balcony with wooded views and a wood-burning fireplace, with firewood available outside in the parking lot. The loft has a queen and 2 full-size beds, a Mortal Kombat Arcade cabinet, XBOX, BlueRay player, DVDs, and board games. Caution: The stairs leading to the loft are steep. NO AIR CONDITIONING

AMENITIES: Free WiFi. Free Long Distance Calling. Washer and dryer. Ski storage lockers are available on the outside of the unit (please bring your lock). Bike storage and washing station available. Free Resort Shuttle Service Stop in at the edge of the Mt. Crest parking lot.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Comfy, Cozy, and Convenient

We are family of 4 (12&15yr old sons) and this space was perfect for our needs. Conveniently located by shuttle bus and Powder Ridge lift, the loft condo was spacious enough and the in-unit laundry was a lifesaver on our rainy ski days. We wouldn’t hesitate to return but would caution the stairs to the bedroom loft could be pose challenge for small children or elderly.

Good times to be had

My husband and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway and it was the perfect setting! Beautiful views, fun and close activities and food, and a very clean and comfortable rental. Will definitely consider it again in the future.

Fun Family Get Away

We enjoyed a quick weekend to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Great little condo for the four of us. Everything was as described. Only issue was a refrigerator that was not cold. We would certainly stay there again. :)

Awesome condo

Awesome condo and short easy walk to slopes. Loved the quiet location and great wood burning fireplace to relax around after a day of skiing. Will look to rent this property again.

Nice Place, Nice Price - A few issues

The Good: Good location as an alternative to staying in town. Nice place with room for the 4 of us. Clean! Nice balcony. The Bad: We arrived with food for 5 days only to find the refrigerator was broken. The Casago staff was nice enough to lend us two mini-fridges but it still wasn't quite enough space for all of the food/drinks so we still needed a cooler with ice. One of those mini-fridges froze everything and leaked water on the floor. There was only one roll of toilet paper- had to go buy some There was no dishwasher detergent - had to go buy some The living room TV didn't work- sound would cut in and out to the point where you can't tell what is going on Conclusion: While annoying, these are all easily fixable things. I'd assume they will be taken care of and I wouldn't let it deter you from staying here. It was really nice overall!

Pretty good all together

Place was nice. Location from village was way too far to walk. Shuttle station was located right out front which was nice. Few little things that may need to be looked into; Stereo was not working in the living room and tv was acting weird and flashed when it was on and bathroom light was very dim. We did enjoy our stay though. Thank you.

Great affordable location, clean, modern amenities, quick access to slopes!

We had a wonderful stay in Snowshoe with a family of 4 over President's Day Weekend. The unit has great amenities, gorgeous on the inside, and is an easy walk to the Powderidge Lift and direct slope access. The Snowshoe bus made for easy transport from village center (<5 minute ride).

We will definitely be back. Loved the location; away from the busy village but close enough to get there whenever you need. Very updated interior with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful mountain getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 5! Comfy beds, plenty of space, and the kids LOVED the game systems. We enjoyed having a full, well-stocked kitchen to cook a few meals that we shared at the large dining table. Location was so close to everything with < 5 minutes to all major attractions. Will stay again!
