This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is completely remodeled. Furnished with added amenities, enjoy the spacious deck, outdoor grill, fire pit, this home is set up to sleep 2 to 12 people. Masterful design and modern luxury are embodied in this unique Grafton property. You will enjoy the perfect setting for relaxing, entertaining and/or hosting. Walking distance to everything this charming little town offers from boat rentals, wineries, Zip line, sky tram, live music, great restaurants, scenic views, horseback riding, hiking, winter ice skating or shopping. You are sure to find something you and your guests will enjoy.

Adult girls getaway! In our 60s so comfort and location were important! And this property did not disappoint! Shops, restaurants, and ice cream all walking distance. 6 queen or king beds with comfortable mattresses! Everything up to date, clean, and well stocked. Wonderful long weekend in lovely Grafton!

Wonderful Grafton Getaway

Property was exactly as advertised. Great location within walking distance of all Grafton attractions/restaurants. Front porch was the perfect spot to hang out on a nice day.

50th Girls Trip

Owner and location was great. We were disappointed because it’s listed 3 bathrooms but there were only 2. We had 8 woman trying to get ready in 2 bathrooms and no extra mirrors hanging anywhere to help us get ready. Not enough silverware for 8. Only a 4 cup coffee maker and no toaster. The dryer was over filled with wet towels and sheets that smelled but we did have 8 fresh towels to use. Just a few things for the owner to know for future guest.

Perfect location

This was the perfect spot for a girls trip! Great front porch for hanging out. Located along the main road with lots of little shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Walking distance to the Aeries Winery skytour that takes you up to the winery property. There were 5 of us that stayed comfortably and had a great time!

Great weekend with a few hurdles

This property was a great location for our plans for the weekend. We had a few issues due to the listing being incorrect or misleading. The biggest issue was that the listing says there are 3 bathrooms in multiple places on the listing. It definitely only has 2. Since it sleeps 12, that felt very much like a bait and switch. We made it work but would have been much more comfortable with the 3 bathrooms we were promised. We were pleased though with the amount of towels and things we needed in those bathrooms. We also had to wait about 8 hours for the house to cool down to a temp that was comfortable since it was set so high when we arrived. It took longer because we used the oven to cook dinner and it put off so much extra head that most ovens don’t do. The oven also caused problems with the refrigerator since it’s touching it. It took until the next day for the refrigerator to get down to temp. Luckily we didn’t lose any food because of it. We had to use the oven so much because the grill on the deck was disgusting and had a big wasps next in it that we didn’t feel comfortable removing. Besides those things, we enjoyed our stay. Would not recommend to big groups but perfect for 6 or less.

Clean perfect for a bigger group!

So clean! Amazing deck space- close to all wineries and bars. I’ve gone to grafton 3x this year and this was the best stay!!!!Great communication with the owner as well !

Perfect location!

We had so much fun here! The place was beautiful and in the most perfect location! Highly recommend if you have a group and want to hit the town with your friends or family!

Wonderful Property

Theresa was wonderful to work with and the house was exactly what we were looking for! We are a group of 8 women (35 and older) who take an annual trip nearby just to relax. This home could easily hold 12, possibly 13 with the couch. There is an electric stove and oven, full size refrigerator, and most everything you could need in a kitchen. Bedrooms are decently sized, along with 2 full baths (one with a small jacuzzi tub). Our overall 4 stars are due to the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable and have a box spring that has slatted boards instead of being more solid. We believe had it been a solid base it would have been better. However, I would highly recommend Rafton Inn to everyone coming in to enjoy the Grafton area. It is on the main drag of town and most everything is within walking distance.
