Lovely Condo in Scottsdale Arizona

This condo was remodeled this year (2021). This beautiful condo has two master bedroom s. It is walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. Where you find restaurant s , shopping of all types, bars, socializing in the hub of activities. Barrett Jackson Auction, spring training and of course lots of golf courses in the immediate area. Activities wise there are many places to go hiking . ( mountains, flat ) A lot of beautiful , fine dinning restaurants.

Durning the winter months the boilers are set to heat. It is controlled from the association. This means there is no A/C during these months. We do have a portable A/C unit in the condo. Ceiling fans in each room. We also have oscillating fans.

Wonderful hosts and a perfect stay for our family of four. The location was close to everything, the patio was a big highlight, and the owners were quick and helpful with all our questions. Would absolutely recommend!

The hosts were excellent throughout the process, making sure everything was just right. The condo was excellently located, close to major shopping, restaurants, and the canal bank for morning walks. The condo itself was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The balcony had an excellent view of the courtyard and was spacious to accommodate four adults for morning coffee. An excellent experience and would go back again

We had an amazing stay at the condo. It was very clean & spacious. The condo offered everything we needed for our stay in Scottsdale. The host communicated with us, and the check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We look forward to returning.

We were really happy with the space and enjoyed our time! We had all we needed to stay in, cook a meal and relax in the pool and great location to go out for awesome food and entertainment.

The place is just like the photos, easy to locate, grocery store and restaurants right across the street(very convenient). The living room area didn't have enough couch space to comfortably enjoy watching a full movie. We had 4 adults and a toddler. Overall great space.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 7 weeks in Scottsdale! Easy 10 minute walks to Old Town and all the shopping, bars and restaurants. Safeway grocery within a mile. Tons of walking trails within the nearby neighborhood. Driving was a breeze. Unit itself was very clean and well stocked. Community is clean, well maintained and has good amenities. I will for sure stay again!!

Excellent Spring Training Location

We had a fantastic stay! Condo was clean, spacious and well stocked. 2 Master bedroom suites made the stay very comfortable for 2 couples. The balcony was one of our favorite places to hang out due to the furniture and view. Pool was heated.... very nice. We definitely will stay here again!

Absolutely lovely

Thos property is better in person than in the photos. So nice to sit on the porch in the mornings with your coffee! It is sparking clean. close to Old Town and easy to get to spring training games. Looking forward to returning

Firm mattresses and clean condo. The kitchen was stocked well with spices and cooking implements and the rooms were quite spaces.

Comfy Condo in Old Town Scottsdale

Reuben and April are excellent hosts. They communicated promptly in response to our couple of questions and checked in occasionally to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The condo has two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There is also a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. The area is quiet, but close to shopping, galleries, entertainment and dining. You will enjoy yourbstay!

Pleasant quiet condo close to Old Town Scottsdale

We arrived very late due to plane delays, but check-in was very simple so it wasn’t a problem. The condo has everything we needed for a several-night stay. The beds are firm and comfortable, plenty of pillows, plenty of thick towels in the bathrooms. There’s a great outdoor terrace off the living room with comfy seating and shade. The condo is about a 20 minute walk to Old Town.

Cozy condo in Scottsdale

We loved our 5 night stay here. The condo had everything we needed and we liked its location. A nice shopping center is just across the street. Communication with the owners was fantastic and there were no problems during our stay. We would gladly stay here again.

Nice stay

Nice condo with lovely balcony to enjoy the warm weather. We've stayed at this complex before, and the location is close to Old Town Scottsdale, but a bit further than we remembered (we enjoy walking everywhere). Reuben was generous to let us check in early since we got into town earlier than expected. The condo was perfect. Only complaints we had are that the weather was warm and we couldn't control the thermostat (it was 80F in the condo even when we kept the door/window open), and there was roof repair/construction going on in front of the building. Despite the noise, we still enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the back.

Great Thanksgiving Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. The beds were a little too firm for us but it was quiet and a great location. The pool and hot tub were also amazing. We would definitely stay again.

Long Weekend

The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed the patio each morning before heading out and each evening when we got back. The location is great, too. The hosts are very responsive, as well. Highly recommend.

Great stay in Scottsdale near Old Town!

Our stay at Reuben and April's was amazing. We loved the proximity to so many shopping areas and restaurants. We felt safe in the area and the grounds were kept up and the pool area was clean and well maintained. The check in and check out process was so easy and Reuben was very quick to respond to any questions. Having the 2 bathrooms was great, even for just the 2 of us and the walk-in closet was so nice to have. The kitchen was well stocked, and everything was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Reuben!!

Great Location

Clean, quiet locations, perfect for visiting old and new Scottsdale, and Glendale. Our stay was as great as the Amazing restaurants we visited! Definitely staying here again.

My wife and myself enjoy the area around old town Scottsdale. So many things to enjoy and just the atmosphere is so upbeat and tranquil at the same time. We also enjoy our cabins in the White Mountains. Best of both worlds .

We just recently bout this condo in Scottsdale. This occurred in the middle of October 2021 . We did this to enjoy the atmosphere that old town provides.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There are so many activities in the area . We enjoy watching the Phoenix Suns , watching the Arizona Cardinals , and of course the spring training. With the amenities in the condo s and all the activities in the area we have found that we enjoy all aspects. We also enjoy traveling 2.5 hours to our cabins where the mountain scenery gives us a different perspective on things from the same area
