Unbelievable house in Ocean Park! Large, 6Bd 3Ba house in an exclusive beach neighborhood with great amenities and close to food, beach, sun and fun. This recently renovated home - built in 1967 - has two kitchens, an amazing porch and brand new floors. A/C also. Yes, A/C in Maine. Enjoy vacation in style with this unique property. One of the owners was born and raised in Ocean Park and Saco so is an excellent, fun resource for renters.

Our beautiful home sleeps 12 with 6 bedrooms with 5 Queen beds and 1 King. More than enough room for everyone. Enjoy the classic wooden sun room for fellowship or solitude. We have a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor and the multiple kitchens and amenities ensure privacy and room to spread out.

The house is decorated in style with a lot of new furniture and decorations. We just installed an outdoor shower as well.

Enjoy the hiking trails nearby and the incredible character of Ocean Park including the timeless shops. Opportunities abound including tennis, shuffleboard, biking routes, yoga and zumba classes and many family and children activities.

A short drive takes you to Old Orchard Beach Pier and Amusement Park and there are many popular vacation spots nearby.

Renters will have access to a comprehensive, homeowner-made Welcome Guidebook with details on recommended local activities, restaurants, shopping and other popular spots.

We have a new grill and convenient wireless internet for the entire group to enjoy.

Remodel Completed in 2022!. Floors replaced, appliances upgraded and much of the house updated with new furniture. A/C and new hot water heater added.

Additional cleaning fee will be added for 2 week rentals.

This is a 7-day Saturday to Saturday listing only during the summer season unless you get owner approval.

Our family of 12 had an amazing week! The house was spacious and gave us the ability to spread out when needed but also hang out together for meals. It is a quick walk to the beach and the small stores and ice cream shop being down the road were a bonus. The owners were great with communication. I highly recommend this house!

Ocean Park vacation rental

The house is very nice. We were grateful for the well equipped kitchen. We had all of the appliances and pots, pans, and baking dishes that we needed for our large family. Amy was very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful.

Loved the house! 100% would recommend

This was the first time we got both my husband and my family together for a vacation, and this house was perfect! The layout was great, and we all felt like we had our own space and a big enough space to hang out. Walking distance from the beach and far enough from the pier that it was pleasant and relaxing. Only complaint I would have is that the dining room table was a little small for all 10 adults and two kids to eat at, so we had to take turns.

Family friendly house!!!

This house was perfect for our family as the downstairs was like a first floor apartment so my in-laws had their own place and didn’t need to do stairs if not necessary (laundry on third floor). We were 9 total people and never felt cramped in and was more than enough space to relax after a long day at the beach. Everything was clean upon arrival and owner was very helpful and communicative.

Beautiful home perfect for multiple families

House is exactly as described and pictured. Two kitchens, two living rooms was the perfect setup for two families traveling with teenagers. Quiet area with plenty to do for everyone close by. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at your house. There were three couples, so your house was perfect for our group. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and tv and couches were great for watching the KC Chiefs game with our group!

Lovely week in Ocean Park with the family! We’ve been vacationing annually for over 50 years in Ocean Park and were very happy with this years accommodations! Super clean and all the amenities! Looking forward to next year with another new grand baby!

home away from home

the home was comfortable, loaded with amenities, close to a park for the kids, as well as close to stores, and most importantly, a short walk to the UNCROWDED beach. There was enough space for privacy and separation for 4 family units, yet cozy enough for good interaction. The host was very responsive to any needs.

Great Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our two families of five and one set of grandparents, for a total of 12 people. We never felt like it was crowded. With six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two kitchens, and multiple living spaces, it had plenty of room for our group. Everything in town is within a short walk. I would highly recommend this property for a large family looking to stay in Ocean Park.

Excellent house and close to the beach

The house was perfect and just as described. The garage had all the necessary equipment especially the wagon to transport everything to the beach, which is only a short walk away. The air conditioning was a plus as it was so hot and humid that week. The family had such a spectacular time we are coming back next year. Thank you!!!!!!

Ocean Park Family Vacation

We had such a great trip! Loved this beautiful, clean, spacious and fully renovated cottage. The new outdoor shower is wonderful and we all made use of it. Exceptionally nice grill and kitchen. A/C much appreciated and worked well to keep the whole house cool. So good having multiple living spaces to spread out into , especially on the couple of rainy days we had.

Overall, our stay for the week was wonderful. Received our check in info days ahead of our trip. Plenty of bed linens and towels as needed. The 2nd floor kitchen had all silverware, pots and pans needed and more. Plus with the 1st floor kitchen, it let us split cooking duties as needed. We appreciated access to the wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards when we made trips down the street. With everything provided, it made our stay feel like a true vacation.Being able to have two families split over 3 floors was a blessing. The walk to the beach was close and we even got some shopping and ice cream at the shop just down the street. Central access so only needed short drives to Kittery or Portland; or longer if we took back roads for the scenery.The four car driveway made it easy to turn into and leave, even if the road was busier than normal.Overall, a great place for a medium to large families to spread out and I would recommend this to all.

Wonderful Autumn Weekend in Ocean Park

This home was perfect for our sibling reunion; plenty of space, including bedrooms, well-equipped kitchens (2!), bathroom on all 3 floors, comfortable seating/gathering places, cozy sun room, I can go on! Great proximity to tourist attractions including the beach, Portland, Cape Elizabeth; close to the airport. Amy is responsive and helpful! The family was from LA, St. Louis, Cincinnati, and Chicago. Their first trip to Maine exceeded expectations and the lodging was key!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This beautifully renovated 6 BR home offered everything our group of 12 (5 adults and 7 children ages 3-12) could wish for. Will and Amy have put great thought into furnishing the home and the layout provides two fully stocked modern kitchens, two living rooms and a large screened family room for everyone to spread out. The outdoor shower, beach chairs, wagon, and outdoor games were a huge bonus and all in like new condition. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels like new. The small thoughtful details throughout the home added to our delight. The house was spotless upon our arrival which was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Will and Amy for creating such a perfect beach retreat!

Ocean Park Vaca

This Ocean Park home has EVERYTHING your group will need for a week at the beach. We were a group of 9 adults-family and friends. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were all super comfy and the blankets, quilts and towels were like new. The garage had everything you’d need for the beach, with a few beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon. The beach is a short walk from the house. Having A/C units in each of the 4 upstairs bedrooms was awesome. The window A/C unit in the lower level was a bonus. The hosts were very responsive to questions we had while getting settled into the house. We would highly recommend this property for a stay in Ocean Park.

Perfect!

This was a week-long stay with two families...4 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 4 year old. One set of parents slept downstairs, the teenagers slept on the middle floor, and the last set of parents slept with their 4 y/o on the 3rd floor. It worked out perfectly for us all. All of the kitchens are well stocked for cooking family meals and the sunroom was perfect for family dining. There were beach chairs and toys in the garage for us to use and the outdoor shower was great after two days of fun in the sun. There were TONS of fun family games to play when we were just hanging out at the house. Amy responded almost immediately to any questions I had about the house or the surrounding areas. Their guest guide book is full of wonderful restaurants to try and fun things to do in Old Orchard Beach and Ocean Park. The house is wonderful, the hosts are wonderful, and we'll definitely be back!!
