“THE ONE” Chalet, Perfect Getaway w/ Hot Tub, Multicade, Pool Table

Ready for an unforgettable experience? Then you don't want to miss the opportunity to stay at "THE ONE" Chalet. Suitable for multi-family vacation stay, quick getaway, summer and winter excursions, or simply a place to relax, laid back and soak in the nature.

Mountain style Chalet, spacious and filled with entertainment.
The house has a max occupancy of 10 adults, and can comfortably sleep 10 adults. It can also include an additional 2 people if they are children age of 12 and under, though please plan accordingly with sleep arrangement. We also provides linen for all guests at no additional charge, plus extra linen and beddings for the sofa bed can be found in the upper level bunkbed bedroom.

Dishes and grill, please clean and wash prior to checkout; used bath towels (may not be used as beach towel), please place them atop of the washer/dryer; please keep outdoor furniture covered when not in use; please keep kayaks clean and place them at the same location; lastly, please do not move furniture around.

Living Room and Kitchen
Large dining table that seats up to 8, with kitchen counter-top that seats an additional 3.
Kitchen cabinets are stocked with enough sets of plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silverwares, and glassware for more than 10 people. Also stocked with complete set of pans, pots, grilling tools, cleaning items and seasonings.
Other features include propane gas fireplace, 55in Roku TV, armory with board games, bar cabinet and a rocker.

Master Bedroom
Features a King size bed, with clean linen, bed sheets, blanket, and pillows.
En Suite bathroom include towels for 2 guests, toiletries, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, air dryer, makeup mirror. The other 2 bathrooms are also stocked with toiletries, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner.
Laundry room is also located in the en suite bathroom, which is fully stocked.
Other features include 43in Roku TV, portable crib (stored in the unlock closet, needs 10 mins assembly), high chair, iron, iron board and extra pillows.

Game Room
Features a Pool Table, Custom Arcade (16k+ games from various consoles and classic arcade), Poker table w/ poker chips that seats up to 8, and a Barrel bar table.
Other features include 65in Roku TV, Soundbar/subwoofer combo, magnetic dartboard, 6 bar stools and various counter seats. Extra poker table chairs can be found in the garage.

Upstair Bedrooms
One room has 1x Queen size bed and 1x twin size bed with clean linen, bed sheets, blanket, pillows and towels (for 3 guests).
Second room has 2 bunkbeds, one of the bunkbed has 1x full bed and 1x twin, and the other bunkbed has 2x twin beds. All 4 beds come with clean linen, bed sheets, blanket, pillows and towels (for 4 guests).
Other features include 2x 32in Roku TV (one in each bedroom), 4x weighted blankets (in the closets), extra blankets & beddings and beanbags.

Garage
Features Foosball table, Arcade Basketball, Dartboard and corn hole boards.
Also have 3 kayaks, life vests, inflatable boat and donuts for guest use. (only for the summer months)

Deck Level
Features BBQ grill, propane fireplace, multiple wicker seating for outdoor leisure. The umbrella for the outdoor glass table is in the garage, can be used during summer months. Also will have one of each propane tanks in the BBQ grill and fireplace, and will have two extra filled propane tanks if needed. Please put the empty tanks in the garage, on the opposite side of the filled one (next to the kayaks), so we will know to refill them.

Ground Level (Underneath the Deck)
Features a new luxury Jacuzzi 6-7 person hot tub, with dual pumps, 44 jets and LED lighting. Next to it is a 8 person wooden picnic bench for outdoor dining and leisure.

Loft
Features a kid’s teepee tent and multi-game table with spacious play area. Also have a 55in TV with an amplifier and Bose speakers.

Also during summer months, are rooms will have window AC units and portable AC units

Things to note:
Min age 23, except accompanied by parents.
The community has a limit of only 8 guest passes per rental, not including children under age of 6), these are required to use beach/pool.
We tried to keep the house as "Child proof" as possible, but please keep in mind that supervision are still required at all times with young children.
Community has quiet hours from 11pm to 8am
No Pets. Servicing animal will require an additional security deposit of $500 separate from the Airbnb security deposit, to be handled separately as well. (whether disclosed or non-disclosed)
Exterior of the property has 5x securities cameras covering the exterior ground, and 1 flood light/cam as garage light.
Camera 1 is on the ground level, facing the front driveway.
Camera 2 is below the front roof, facing towards the front deck.
Camera 3 is below the right side of the roof, facing towards the side deck.
Camera 4 is on the right side of the property.
Camera 5 is on the rear side of the property.

Entire House is available to guests, except a few locked closets for supplies.

Post booking/confirmed reservation, we will send you forms to be completed as part of the requirement of the local community. You would need to complete the forms by filling in all of the names and vehicle info, as there will be vehicle tags distributed upon your arrival via a welcome packet. These vehicle tags are mandatory to display in your vehicle at all times during your stay. There will also be trash passes, which will be used for trash disposal at the designated disposal location within the community (located near the entrance of Towamensing Trail, across from the office). The trash disposal is open every day.

Also as part of the check-in process, once all the information are submitted to the office, and prior to your arrival, we will send you the code to the front door smart lock. Should you forget or misplace the code, please contact us, and we can always swipe you in.

We ask you follow these guidelines:
- NO PETS
- NO adults under 23 without parents
- NO dumping of trash on or around the property, trash must be dumped at
designated dumpsters near the entrance of the community (Dumpster hours
are listed on the fridge)
- NO HOUSE PARTIES
- NO SMOKING (including outside grounds)
- NO illegal substances on the premises
- NO unauthorized guests
- NO Fireworks permitted
- NO Eating/drinking allowed in the hot tub
- Do NOT adjust the hot tub preset temperature/functions, and Do Not turn off the hot tub.
- NO outdoor firepit
- Please follow the quiet hours established by HOA (11pm to 8am)
- CANCELLATION policy - nonrefundable within 30 days of arrival

Liability Waiver: You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur while staying at the house. You understand the risks discussed above and agree to assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of actions of those in your group. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against host/owner for accidents while at the property/community. All guests in your group acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and acknowledge that continuing the booking process constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between host and guests.
