With 2 open concept living areas, there is room enough for everyone to spread out & to spend time together!

Pets (dogs only) are permitted. There will be a $100 fee per pet (max 2). Owner is responsible for picking up all pet waste.

Know Before You Book:
-Our community, Towamensing Trails, requires guest registration of vehicles and signed acknowledgment of community rules.
-Guests are required to provide license plate numbers and states of the vehicles staying at the property via a DocuSign Form, which will be emailed to you after booking.
-Guests must take all trash to community dumpsters located at entrance of neighborhood. Trash must not be kept outside due to community rules to protect wildlife.
-Vehicle/Trash passes (1 per car, MAX 6) will be provided for you during your stay.
- Please keep vehicle passes visible in your vehicle when driving or parked within the community.
-8 Amenity Badges are provided to access pool, lake, beach, clubhouse, basketball and tennis courts. 2 additional passes may be purchased for $10 per day.
- Guests over the age of 6 years MUST wear amenity badges on their person and in plain view at all times whenever utilizing the amenities of Towamensing Trails.
- Any of the amenities may be closed at the community's discretion (due to weather, maintenance, safety, etc.).
- The pool and beach will open around end of May through Labor Day Weekend. (Please contact to confirm schedule)
-A Ring Floodlight Camera is mounted above the garage and monitors the driveway, parking area, and front steps only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor spaces.
-Hot Tub is coming this Fall!
