It is attached to the back of a detached house in a private property. You have a garage dedicated to rental, which can be closed according to your convenience.

This rental is ideally located between Hossegor and Biarritz, 20 minutes from Bayonne and 45 minutes from Spain, to discover and fully enjoy the Landes and the Basque Country.

This apartment can accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) or 3 adults.
It is composed of:
- 1 main room with a kitchen area (induction hob, fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and crockery), and a 140 cm sofa bed.
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe,
- 1 bathroom (shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet).

Facing east, the bay window gives access to an outdoor terrace equipped with a dining area (garden table with chairs), a relaxation area (2 deckchairs), a parasol and a plancha. It is independent and closed out of sight.

As mentioned above, you also have a space to park your vehicle in a closed garage giving direct access to your apartment. It can also accommodate your bikes or any other equipment in complete safety (surfboard, strollers, etc.).

From the apartment, you have direct access to cycle paths and forest paths for your walks.

From the apartment, in Labenne océan, you are a 2-minute walk from shops (restaurants, ice cream parlours, bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, bike and surf equipment rental, etc.), and activities (water park, tree climbing, mini-golf, surf school, zoo, balneotherapy centre, nature reserve les marais d'Orx...).

To get to Labenne, you can arrive by train. Labenne SNCF train station is 5 km away, and to reach Labenne océan, there are free shuttles.

A deposit of €400 is payable on arrival by cheque or in cash, which will be returned to you on departure after the inventory of fixtures.
