Great location. Manager is great to work with. Check in desk is not helpful, but you only need your room keys from them. Space is great with a great view, nice balcony. Easy access to everything. We stayed 8 days and loved it. Pool is big, great temp.

Absolutely would stay again!!

My daughter and I were in Orlando for Nationals Volleyball Tournaments at the Orange County Convention Center and this place was in the perfect spot! It’s so easy to access all the parks and a short hop to many shopping locations! The condo was perfect! I would absolutely stay again! The condo has just about everything you need for your stay. The owner responds quickly to any messages that he receives. I highly recommend staying here.

The condo is exactly as shown in pictures and described. I have stayed in many places but this has been my favorite by far. The floors weren’t sticky, no dust collected in corners or baseboards, furniture in excellent condition and comfy. The large balcony is a great spot to watch the sunrise. The pool area is nice, as are the ladies at the pool Tiki Hut serving good food. Great location! The host is so very nice we wanted to adopt him as our own! Fernando is such a great host, you will not be disappointed staying here. Will definitely stay here again. Fernando if you read this, I hope the new washer was delivered in perfect condition!

Great condo

Great location. Close to all the major parks, shopping, dining. Loved that the resort had a tiki bar with food and drink, open until 11pm. Dunkin, Starbucks, 2 souvenir shops all in walking distance just outside the resort. Washer/dryer inside condo. Beach towels provided by the host as well. Beds were very comfortable. With it being a high-rise building right on the lake it had great views and felt like you were at the beach. Had to contact the host at check-in, but received very quick response from the gentleman that works for him. Very kind and appreciated the response. We had a great week!

Great place

Beautiful condo, one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. The unit had all the necessities you could possibly need. Had a large balcony the length of the living room and master bedroom that overlooked the pool and a large beautiful lake. If you walk across the hallway from the front door at night you can see the Disney fireworks and Epcot as it changes colors, just beautiful. The resort is very close to the main entrance of Disney and best of all it’s close to a large outlet mall!! Covered parking and a gym. There’s a Starbucks as you turn into the property and a big fun putt putt place. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and a very clean condo. Pictures showed the condo as is. Location was right near everything. The pool was huge and very spacious. Great views. Awesome water pressure. Business Trip

We visited Orlando for a quick weekend business trip, and this property was perfect! From the moment we arrived the check in took minutes, the walk to our tower was easy and close, the condo was AMAZING super clean and in immaculate condition (I feel like the past few properties I've stayed at the property never looks as good as the pictures, this place definitely does), the communication with the host was instant, Uber could always find us easy and there within minutes, pool was refreshing and bonus of the Tiki bar to get refreshments and food if you desire and open until 11pm! This stay was one of the easiest I've ever had, we will most definitely use the property again! Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful!

We spent the past month at this property to celebrate our 50th Anniversary and it was outstanding. The location was perfect for access to Walt Disney World and Disney Springs. There were many restaurants close by, pharmacies, grocery stores, outlet malls, etc. The onsite TikiHut at the pool had good food and drinks. This unit is on the 14th floor and the view of the sunrise over the lake was breathtaking! We even got to see two rocket launches 60 miles away from our balcony. Right outside of our door on the other side of the hallway, there was a large area that we could view the Disney fireworks. The beds and pillows were comfy and the kitchen was nicely equipped. Yup, this is a real winner and we are booking for February next year! Thanks for a truly memorable stay!

Ideal locale to all the family parks and attractions.

You can tell that Fernando went all out to make the place pleasant for anyone who stays there. With covered parking garage, we were able to find a spot where we unload our luggage to go to the unit. The huge benefit of this place is location, location, location. It was well situated to drive to Disney World, Universal Studio City Walk and close by to the nearest freeway to take the family to visit the Kennedy Space Center. The Pineapple décor is a nice fit for this place. The kids enjoyed their stay and with the miniature golf right next to this place, again, I will restate location, location, location. We opted for a VRBO instead of a traditional resort for our second family trip and are pleased and happy with our choice. When we plan a trip next time, we will surely look to Fernando’s well maintained rental. Staying here was a nice ending to our 2022 family vacation for this year, we couldn’t be any happier.
