Girls Family Trip 2024

I traveled with my two adult daughters and 5 year old granddaughter and the condo we selected was perfect for us! When traveling as a group it is nice to have some individual space, along with on site amenities and easy accessibility to food, local parks and attractions, this property definitely met our needs!! The unit provided everything we needed and we greatly appreciated the overall cleanliness and wonderful attention to detail the owners provide. Thank you so much!

Family Wedding Weekend

The unit is very well appointed and clean. The listing is accurate and the location was perfect. They did not exaggerate the view - it is very pretty. The Unit was also very quiet. Great response from Owner. We will stay again!

Family holiday

We have stayed at the Blue Heron many many times but this is by far the best apartment. 2-901. Pool refurb was a shame for part of our holiday, but that only happens every 10 years. If you want space to live in, a superb pool, and unbelievable views over Lake Bryan, including the odd rocket launch, this is the place for you.

Disney vacation

Lovely property with gorgeous views. It had everything we needed and was close to Disney Springs and the park. Minor maintenance issue, but owner was very responsive. Our kids loved all the hidden mickey’s and the bunk beds. The pool was great too. Would stay again.

Really happy with this condo! Lots of space, beautiful lake view, updated, tastefully decorated, ideally situated to quickly get to all the major Orlando attractions. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the unit, and great communication from the owner.

Beautiful views, lovely condo

This condo has been beautifully renovated! The rooms feel bright and fresh, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware. The condo has cute Disney touches throughout that my kids loved. The location was great, too, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby and only a few minutes to the parks. And there are amazing views from both the living room and master bedroom! You can see Epcot from the master. So pretty at night!

Great stay!

The family really enjoyed our stay. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The condo was very clean and well stocked. My daughter enjoyed the games and finding all of the hidden Mickeys. Looking forward to our next stay here.

GREAT STAY--GREAT VIEW!

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in this top-of-the-line unit. Everything was 1st class, including the view, the amenities with everything included (coffee, tea, bottled water, creamer, sugar and cooking spices, laundry, and dishwasher detergent, etc.) all you need to do is bring any foods you desire. The interior designer of this unit should be applauded, with clever and creative Disney themed designs. My family thoroughly enjoyed the word find challenge hanging on the wall. We will be back!

Excellent place!

We had a fantastic stay. Place was spotless, kitchen is spacious and perfectly appointed, owners are responsive and welcoming, views are great, lots of fun stuff and good eats nearby, complex is clean, safe, quiet, and well managed. Can’t wait to come back.

Fun condo!

Super cute decor in the condo and the owner was very friendly. Our only complaint was that it was a little warm in the largest bedroom and the a/c was temperature controlled so we couldn't turn it down. Other than that, it was a beautiful condo and a comfortable stay!

Amazing Condo!

This condo is amazing. The views from the balconies are amazing. You can see Epcot's fireworks from the master bedroom balcony. Everything was really clean and everything looked new. I would give over 5 stars if I could. I will definitely stay at this condo again on future trips. It is close to everything. Plus there is a Dunkin and a Starbucks right in front of the condo complex. Definitely one of my favorite condo's so far!

ICAST 2022

Short trip with a few friends for ICAST...condo was outstanding (pics were what we got), just wish we had more time to hang out and enjoy the room and the pool. Show during the day and dinner out each night. Jeff let me know before we arrived that there was a problem with the big refrigerator but they would have a smaller one in the living area in case we needed it...so we had a place to keep a few drinks cold. Communication was prompt and to the point. Dunkin Donuts on one side of the entry, Starbucks on the other, and the Puerto Rican joint next to Dunkin (Pal Campo) was lights out!! One day I'm going to rent a kayak and go fishing, maybe next year! Already looking at renting this unit for ICAST 2023.

Wonderful stay at the Blue Heron

We had a great time. The whole family loved the condo, everything looked new and just like the pictures. It is very spacious and bright. The view was spectacular from the balcony. The kids (8 and 9) were thrilled with the Start Wars bunk beds. Everything went well and the communication from the property manager was excellent. The refrigerator stopped working (it was new) and Paul promptly resolved the issue. Also, location is great in the middle of everything you might want to do.

Great Experience

I stayed with my family, and the location and amenities were better than I expected. Proximity to Disney World and access to a big pool and laundry made our trip and dealing with kids much easier. The spacious condo made it easy for everyone to relax. We had one maintenance issue, but it was resolved quickly and fairly.

We're full-time travelers, so we understand how important it is to have a nice place to call "home" while you're away from yours. We bought and renovated the condo with the idea of providing a fun space for everyone, adults and kids alike. We hope you enjoy the light touches of Disney throughout the condo.

We are lucky to have teamed up with a top-notch crew that keeps our place clean and tidy, and stocked with essentials. In addition, the Blue Heron maintenance team on-site is very responsive, should there ever be a need for their services.

This is the best of both worlds. You get stunning views of the lake, along with being so close to all the Theme Parks and Orlando activities. What's not to love!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Every day (that it's clear) you get to wake up to a gorgeous sunrise, and every day you get to end with a beautiful sunset...and fireworks. What's not to love?

BONUS...check the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral rocket launch schedules. If it's clear, you can easily see the rockets take off into space. They'll be far away, but you can see them. How cool is that!!
