Perfect Getaway! A Dream Vacation with Beach & Pool Views

Beautifully renovated 2BDR / 2BA condo with granite counter tops, custom back splash, full bathrooms & king beds. Relax with gorgeous pool and ocean views from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. Includes cable, wifi, washer/drier, and kitchen stocked with Keurig coffee maker, full sized refrigerator, blender, crock pot, dishes, and more! If you need anything, Walmart is just steps away!

Unit is on third floor with no one above you! Note: there are no elevators at the property.

The Dawn includes two pools, hot tub, grills and fish cleaning station, and gym - everything you need for a great getaway.

NOTE: The complex requires a parking fee be paid upon arrival. The fee is 1–3 nights: $36.70 + tax = $40.00 and 4–7 nights: $45.88 + tax = $50.00 (not to exceed $100).

The best yet!

This was the best condo we have stayed at so far! It was very clean and very nice decor. Someone stated, on the reviews, that the beds and sheets were very nice and I must saw they were! We will definitely be staying here again!

Galveston Spring Getaway

Wonderfully appointed condo in a great location. Easy to get around Galveston's historic downtown, close to shopping and many great restaurants. Hayden is the perfect host. Very easy to work with, great communications and quick responses. Would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

This condo is convenient to everything Galveston has to offer...beach, food, beach, nightlife, beach, exercise, beach, shopping.... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Dawn and would return. Thank you Hayden, for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We loved the balcony.

Great Condo!

We stayed five nights in this lovely condo. We enjoyed the two spacious king bedrooms, the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable seating and deck overlooking one of the pools and the gulf! The owners supplied thoughtful extras like toothbrushes and toothpaste, lots of towels including beach towels, and plenty of every day needs. We loved our stay and would certainly book again!

Great little spot

This is such a great little beach condo with a good view of the beach and of the condo's pools. It was clean and had most of what we needed to stay for a week. We had to shorten our stay without much notice and the owner was very accommodating and even offered a refund which they did not have to do. I will definitely be looking to stay at this location again.

Would stay again

Best Rental we have ever stayed at. The only issue we had was the stairs I didnt read the discription ln the listing very well and the stairs were hard on us only because we have a baby and bringing all his stuff up was rough. But that was our fault. The view was amazing the cleanliness of the home was top notch. And the kitchen was fully stocked with utinsels and pots and pans and even seasonings. My family said we would love to cone back for another stay at this home.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and the condo was the best place to stay! The pictures and description were 100% accurate, the host was extremely responsive and the condo was stocked with all the amenities you would ever need. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay!

Best Winter Getaway

There aren't enough words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay. We decided to return to Galveston for a second long-term stay to get out of the Iowa winter. Renting from Hayden was amazing. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt so well cared for. Every question we had was answered immediately. The property description and photos are 100% accurate. The condo is truly beautiful with an unbeatable view of the gulf. We can't wait to return in the future!

I’ve stayed at multiple properties at the Dawn and this is by far the cleanest and nicest unit we’ve stayed in. The owners had all the details needed ready for us and the entire condo had everything we needed. Couldn’t be happier

Renewed my confidence in beach rentals

Over the past couple of years, we've rented hotel rooms, suites & privately owned condos in Galveston, Orange Beach & Gulf Shores......and they have all been "yicky & dingy" (unclean, sticky with the salt water air flim, roaches, stained carpets & furniture) even though all had 5-star reviews on 'CLEANLINESS". We had stopped going on beach trips because it seemed places on the beach just weren't clean. This rental however deserved all 5-stars on all aspects. Very clean, very comfortable, very relaxing & great view!!! I'll be honest - the big awkward blue chair almost deterred me from booking this condo but I'm so glad we did!!! Our stay was great & we will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing Property and a Relaxing Week

We had an amazing time at this property. Right across the street from the beach with easy access. Gated property with plenty of parking. The condo was just right for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were incredible. The decor made you feel like you were at an oasis retreat. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Loved it! Condo is huge and beautifully decorated. Host defiantly made you feel at home. Host supplies condo with all extras needed in kitchen to cook meals (Pots, pans, Tupperware, and spices) and bathrooms stocked well with extra towels, wash clothes, and toilet paper. Most comfortable beds that i have ever had away from home. Great condo!

I love and adore my home! My family and I had a amazing stay at this property. When we walk through the door we could feel the "LOVE and CARE" That has been put into this beautiful condo, made us feel so welcome, it was home away from home. Great Condo

The condo is in an excellent location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, pier and other attractions. It’s very clean, quiet and beds were comfortable. We will stay again on our next trip to Galveston.

From start to finish, this was a great experience! Easy to book, reasonable price, directions and instructions, (having never been to Texas), made everything easy to find. Hayden is a wonderful host, going above and beyond to meet our needs and the property is absolutely delightful! It truly felt like home at the beach. We definitely hope to see it again!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

Wow! This unit is WONDERFUL! It is in a perfect spot with pool and ocean view and easy access to both. The property was so clean, updated and nicely decorated. I stayed with my husband and 2 yr old daughter and we loved how easy it was to get to the beach and how it was only a 45 minute drive to the Houston Zoo and NASA. It is also on a quieter section of the beach which we enjoyed, further down the street was a lot busier. Thank you for excellent accommodations, by far the best Vrbo we have used to date!

Awesome property, don't hesitate to secure it

This is a GREAT condo! The location, floor plan, unbelievably comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, very quiet, close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. JUST ABOUT PERFECT. Here are a few items for the owner and/or property manager to consider to make it an absolutely perfect property. Consider to improve the poor internet service, leave printed instructions to operate tv remotes, get rid of the polyester spandex sheets, add light blocking shades in the bed rooms, look into the master bath faucets (very low pressure, could be deposit buildup on valves?), add recycling option to garbage, knives need sharpening (include a sharpener), make sure the previous renter has cleaned all the pans and blender (we did some serious scrubbing). I hope this will give the owner/mgr a few ideas to make this property even better. Besides these minor suggested improvements, we would definitely rent this condo again and will recommend it to our friends. A GREAT property!
