Sun Haven is a vacation rental that lives up to its name. This luxurious resort has a stunning tropical pool, playground, spa, sports court, and clubhouse, all within walking distance. Santa Clara's weather and environment allow you to golf all year round at one of the dozens of golf courses nearby. Sun Haven is a contemporary two-story 3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom townhome that can sleep up to 10 people comfortably but can also sleep 12 with the assistance of a Queen Sofa sleeper. The first level is spacious and roomy, with high ceilings, tall windows, and a flat-screen smart tv equipped with Hulu Live. A welcoming, open-style floor plan makes it easy for your group to spend time together AND find quiet moments for yourself. Enjoy meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio for a BBQ and enjoy the breathtaking Southern Utah backdrop. As you head upstairs, you will be welcomed into the open and roomy loft, with all three bedrooms surrounding, each including its ensuite bathroom. Professional interior design and all-new appliances and furnishings make Sun Haven the perfect setting for your next family vacation, corporate retreat, or romantic couples' getaway.

Great stay!

Everything was comfortable and decorated nicely. The area is quite and an easy drive to places we had planned to visit. The only thing I noticed that needs attention was the location of the makeup only washcloths. The dark colored washcloths were placed in the powder room. I did not see them until the second day. There is a label for them on a shelf in one of the primary bedrooms, but it was empty.

Clean and Comfortable

Overall, the property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space in rooms. Amenities fine, the hot tub was a hit. And actually there were pool towels and plenty of soap and shampoo, which was a caution in the instructions.

Mother’s Day getaway

We loved this property! The home and rooms were as advertised, clean and spacious. The hot tub with the biggest selling point of this location and it did not disappoint! The shared pool was also great and the kids had so much fun. The only drawback was that our key fob to the pool and exercise space was not working so we had to have someone let us in to the pool each day and we were not able to use the gym because of that. Otherwise it was a great stay and would recommend and would stay again!

Perfect place for two families

This place was just what we needed for 4 kids and 4 adults. The hot tub was great for the fall months. It was also very clean! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location for Black Desert Championship

We stayed here for the Black Desert Championship and it was a perfect location. We were able to ride our e bikes to and from the tournament in 15 minutes. The unit was very clean and quiet even with tenants on both sides of us.

Great Property!

This was a wonderful place and fit our group perfectly. Enough room for each family, fully stocked cabinets and linens, the kids had their own space, and the hot tub was awesome! We weren't able to visit the community offered amenities due to the weather, but the house met all our needs so well that we didn't even miss that!

Great place in Santa Clara

My family and I rented this property for our sons baseball tournament. It was very clean. Great location, very easy check in and check out. Communication with the property manager was extremely easy. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Wonderful place!

We loved this place! Loved the layout, loved the amount of bathrooms, loved the private hot tub, loved the kitchen/great room, loved the pickle ball courts! We would come back here in the future! Loved everything about this place! I didn't want to come home!

Beautiful house and location!

We absolutely loved staying at Ocotillo Springs! The house was gorgeous and was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for the week and the pool/clubhouse was such a great addition. We loved swimming and being close to the pool. I would 100% recommend this to anyone and everyone! The pricing was also great.

Ocotillo Springs 40 was a great place to stay. The house was beautiful, comfortable, well furnished, and very clean. Great location and easy access to Snow Canyon and lots of biking trails. Our kids loved the swimming pool, hot tub, and pickleball court. Red Sands were easy to work with. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nice Place

This place was a nice place to stay. It was stocked with the basic necessities. It was surfaced cleaned nicely. However, it could have used a bit more deep cleaning, like under the couches, the sliding patio door, the patio itself. It would have been nice to have the patio maybe power washed prior to arrival. But overall I would stay here again and would recommend to others. I loved the almost immediate response to questions and or concerns. Thank you.

Beautiful property!

Great place, very clean! Our teens loved the private hot tub. I was worried the bunks would be uncomfortable and a little tight but they said they were super comfy. The community pool was beautiful and was only a short walk away.

Tournament Time

This rental was a great place to stay for our family group with plenty of room. Although, the weather was cooler and we didn’t access the pool area, we did enjoy the hot tub at the condo. The rental was well stocked with linens, towels, etc. It seems that the heat/AC thermostat is upstairs to help with summer cooling but in cooler weather, the main floor stays very cool. They did have plenty of blankets.

Everything we needed for a fabulous stay!

Unit 40 was impeccable. Beautiful, relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy time together (and apart when needed :) We hosted a family dinner with 15 people and there was room for everyone and all the kitchen necessities for preparing and serving the meal. The pool and clubhouse were top-notch as well. The slide and splash pad were a fun diversion for the kids. It does get BUSY in the afternoon but was quieter in the morning and evening. Just a fantastic stay all-around with very responsive management and easy check-in and checkout. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
