Rest comfortably in this luxury two-story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. Contemporary kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware and all that you need to prepare your meals. Two family rooms to spend time with family and friends. Step into the garage and game away with Pool & Foosball Table, perfect for your entertainment. Enjoy the outdoor patio for grilling with two cozy lounge wick chairs and your own private hot tub! Highly desirable area for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Close to hiking, biking, horseback and ATV trails! World famous rock climbing and repelling close by. Next door to the Tuacahn Amphitheater "Broadway in the Desert", and VIEWS of the Majestic Red and White Sandstone Mountains surrounding the St. George area AND so much more! Swimming pool coming soon, but don't let that stop you! Sand Hollow Aquatic Center is just across the street! Come on in and Stay Awhile.

Excellent communication with host. Well equipped, comfortable home with good amenities. If road noise is a big issue for you, just be aware that you will hear traffic noise from the bedrooms. The neighborhood itself is quiet and the living room/kitchen space is very quiet also. It’s a good location for exploring the area, convenient to services and restaurants. The host provides very helpful information about hiking and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful place! It looked brand new and was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Loved the water bottles waiting for us in the fridge already cold.

Family weekend in Saint George

We loved that it was a quick walk to the incredible bike park. The home was immaculate and charming. The neighborhood was quiet. Fantastic response time from the host with a question.

This townhouse was perfect for our needs.Great location for hiking & golfing. A great way to celebrate our 55 yr wedding anniversary!Spa, swimming pool & pickle ball court were nice amenities. This is definitely on our return list!

Very nice

We had a very nice stay. Very clean and pleasant. It had everything that we needed. It was very hot while we were there and the air conditioner worked great!It was very quiet, noise did not carry from the neighbors. It is right by a busy street but the noise from the traffic did not seem to bother us. The beds were very comfortable. We like to travel with our dog so it was nice to have such a comfortable place that allowed dogs.

Visit to Southern Utah with Grandparents

Lovely place to stay and enjoy time in Southern Utah with grandparents. Plenty of space for 3 generations to be together. Very relaxing, enjoyable home base while hiking and exploring the area. Thank you! Will come again.

Overnight Golf Trip

Moon Sage was the perfect place to stay for a quick overnight golf trip. It was super clean and very nice. The hot tub and pool table made for a relaxing evening. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip down.

A nice stay for the month of January

It was a great getaway for January to get a little warmer, my kids came to visit a weekend and loved the game room and hot tub, it was very clean and perfectly decorated and supplied with everything I needed. The street was pretty noisy but tolerable. Heather was great to communicate with.

Great location

Heather the host was great! Very quick to respond when we had questions. We were visiting St. George to spend time with family. This location was awesome. It’s very modern and clean and close to shopping and an excellent gym. We will stay again!
