Stunning Spanish style bungalow nestled in the heart of the desired westside of downtown Petaluma on a quiet court end.. It’s a five minute walk to town where you can find all the restaurants, shopping, nightlife, parks, live music, movie theaters and hiking/ trails that Petaluma has to offer.
This home was built 5 years ago and features high vaulted ceilings, new top of the line appliances and finishes and beautiful decor. Relax in the bathtub, out by the fire pit, or on the super deep comfy couch with large screen smart TVs. Enjoy the views of all the lush greenery and beautiful landscaping through the large floor to ceiling windows throughout the home. This home is fully stocked with all kitchen/ washer & dryer necessities.

Repeat Stay

This was our second stay in this property, and it was as good as the first. The house is well equipped and has a great sitting area in the backyard. It is in a quiet neighborhood and a reasonably short (15 minute) walk to downtown with many eating options.

Perfect in Petaluma!

Lovely place to stay! Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Nice patio with a fire pit. The neighborhood is beautiful as well. The town of Petaluma is charming with a great downtown and delicious restaurants. We stayed here on our visit to Healdsburg and Napa.

We had a great time at this home. The home was very well decorated, cosy, spacious, and had great natural light. The kitchen and living room were great. It was especially nice to be able to walk everywhere in town with ease. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay!

We loved this house! Expertly updated with great taste! Both bedrooms have full bathrooms adjoining. Great kitchen with a big island with gas cooktop. Beautiful furniture and artwork throughout. The backyard is totally private with comfy furniture and a fire pit. We would definitely book this property again.

House is very nice with a few quirks that didn't bother us. Nice very quite neighborhood and easy access to roads leading out of Petaluma. MacKenzie is very easy to work with and made check in and out a breeze.

Petaluma Dreaming

Beautiful property with plenty of privacy. Great outdoor space to relax and chill in Petaluma. The TV is a bit funky, but about the same as other VRBO properties we have staid at. It is an easy walk to downtown which has plenty of dining choices. We would definitely rent it again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful luxury Two bedroom Two bath house in great quiet location

This home is spacious; a great floor plan for two couples, beautifully designed with a large kitchen, large living and dining area.The furniture is high end designer pieces. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. There is also a wonderful outdoor space with a fire pit. We enjoyed this property with my son and wife while attending my other son's lovely Petaluma wedding

A comfortable and relaxing stay.

We loved the house, perfect for two people. Nice outdoor seating area we were able to use on warm days. Master bedroom spacious and comfortable bed with ensuite. Lots of closets and two dressers. Kitchen well equipped. 2nd bedroom also very nice, we used as office space. The house has lots of natural light. The neighborhood is great, friendly and walkable. There is a private drive so no need to park on street. If we were ever to be back in Petaluma we’d most definitely try to reserve here.

Perfect Location and nice layout

This is a nice property that clearly has been rented MANY times with little attention from the owners. The host is very slow to respond and, at first, I thought I was conversing with an AI bot. I let her know the first day that the fire pit wasn’t working. She put me off for the first few days and then stopped responding. She said that no one had ever had a problem With it before. However, the comments show that another guest had the same exact problem – no propane. If you are looking for a lovely welcome letter and some information about your surroundings, or perhaps a coffee pod, don’t plan on it here. It’s a nice house and a good location. No extras; no frills.

Good central location

The house was a great place for us to experience the wineries and a day trip to SF wharf. Very clean and a great location to restaurants and downtown Petaluma. Maybe bad timing but our host and her manager were both out of town so delay in our requests. Didn't get a repacement of the propane until the last night for the firepit. The house has 3 beautiful big screen tv's and was told at check in that only one remote worked. But there were 5 remotes and not one of them did more than turn the tv on/off. Couldn't even access our streaming apps.😪 May want to check the bushes out front. Burrowing bees. Husband was stung 2x walking up the front drive.

Very nice Petaluma house!

The house was very attractive, clean and well appointed! Neighborhood is nice and quiet! The place is very well located - 10 to 15 minute walk to everything. Host was very friendly and accommodating - thanks Mackenzie! But in truth, not much was required.

Wonderful clean, private and comfortable house

Loved everything about my stay! Beautiful, stylish and comfortable home. Well appointed with a giant loungy sofa, spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and private outdoor patio. Communication with the host was quick, friendly and helpful. Super location close to downtown and beautiful walking trails at Helen Putnam park. Would 100% stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful home in nice Petaluma neighborhood

We rented this house for two weeks. Great house in a very nice neighborhood. Owner is very responsive. House is very clean with comfortable beds and nice furniture. ½ mile walk to downtown Petaluma where there are nice restaurants, shops, grocery store and a move theater. Loved our stay there and hope to return soon!

Beautiful Home in Petaluma

Loved staying in this beautiful Spanish style home. Clean, spacious, and inspiring decor. I especially love all the natural light that filters in throughout the day. Both beds were comfortable and it's located in a quiet neighborhood so we all slept well. Went to the local WFM and picked up a few things for the week. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but missing some essentials like cooking oil and water. Overall our stay was fantastic and we loved visiting the local restaurants and coffee shops. For dinner we went to Central Market (brick oven pizza and homemade pasta), Avid Cofee and Grand Central Petaluma ... Also I hear Tea Room is amazing.

Great house

This house was perfect for our needs. It is nicely decorated, clean with good Wifi for work at home. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out were very easy. Mackenzie was great to work with. We will stay here next time we are in town.

A Slice of Northern California

Our daughter lives in Petaluma and we came out with another couple that had never been to the area. The Vrbo was the perfect place for us to call home after exploring wine country, San Francisco and Petaluma. The property was all that was advertised and more. We would absolutely stay there again.

Petaluma was great.

Nicely appointed house, we could not get the fire pit started which was too bad as the back yard was cute and the nights cold. Owner said she would try to get us a spare tank but we did not get it. Also, the house could use a maintenance sweep for very small issues like the A/C controller is saying the battery needs replacing (but A/C worked great). We had a lot of fun in Petaluma. Can not say enough about LaLa's Ice Cream or Petaluma Market.
