The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently, whether it's a quick breakfast or a quiet dinner after a day of exploring. It includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

The separate bedroom has a cosy queen-size bed and practical storage space for a comfortable stay, even for several days.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, vanity unit, hairdryer and washing machine. The toilet is separate for added comfort.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and to respect the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

Located in the historic Right Bank district, a stone's throw from Rouen train station, your stay will immerse you in the heart of the city. The legendary Donjon de Rouen, a former medieval tower financed by Philippe Auguste, watches over the district and invites you to travel back in time.

On foot, explore the cathedral and museums or stroll through the cobbled streets of the Vieux-Marché, where cafés, antique shops and art galleries line every alleyway. The banks of the Seine, now pedestrianised, are perfect for leisurely walks or a drink at the end of the day.

The neighbourhood combines authentic heritage with contemporary vibrancy, for a stay that is both peaceful and inspiring.

## Transit

The accommodation enjoys an ideal central location, perfectly served by public transport.

Rouen Rive Droite train station is just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to arrive and depart by train.

Several bus and TEOR (tramway sur pneus) lines pass nearby, allowing you to quickly reach all areas of the city, shopping centres and the banks of the Seine. You will also find self-service bike stations and taxi ranks in the immediate vicinity. Whether you are on foot, by public transport or by bike, everything has been designed to make it easy and efficient for you to get around from the accommodation.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). In the apartment, all our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as one large towel per person, tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visits, event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! When renting accommodation, it is important to follow a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Please treat the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
