Le Ceylan is a 33m2 ground-floor flat with a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, and a bedroom with its own shower room.

As soon as you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by a warm and cosy atmosphere. The living room, bathed in natural light, is the ideal place to relax after a busy day exploring Rouen. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare your meals. You'll find a hob, microwave, fridge and basic utensils.

The spacious bedroom has a soft double bed, ensuring peaceful nights in which to recharge your batteries. The tasteful decor creates a cosy atmosphere, inviting you to relax and feel at home.

The private shower room offers a modern, well-appointed space, with everything you need for your comfort.

High-speed wifi is also included, allowing you to stay connected with loved ones or plan your adventures in the city.

For added convenience, a washing machine is available in the accommodation, allowing you to travel light and take care of your belongings even when on the move.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood

Rue d'Orbe in Rouen is located in a lively, historic district of the city, within easy reach of the city centre and many points of interest. The area around Rue d'Orbe is ideally located for exploring Rouen on foot. You are just a few minutes' walk from the famous Notre-Dame de Rouen Cathedral, the Place du Vieux-Marché (where Joan of Arc was burned), and the charming cobbled streets of the historic centre.

Rouen is famous for its medieval heritage and half-timbered facades. The Rue d'Orbe district exudes history, with its ancient buildings, cobbled streets and authentic atmosphere that perfectly reflects Norman charm.

The area is packed with boutiques, artisan bakeries, cafés and restaurants serving local and international cuisine. The Marché des Emmurées is not far away, offering fresh produce several days a week.

Although close to the hustle and bustle of the city centre, Rue d'Orbe itself enjoys a more peaceful atmosphere. It's a pleasant place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping streets but still close to the tourist attractions.

This area is an excellent choice for travellers looking to explore Rouen while staying in a comfortable and authentic location.

## Transit

Le quartier autour de la Rue d'Orbe à Rouen est bien desservi par les transports en commun, ce qui en fait un point de départ pratique pour se déplacer dans toute la ville et au-delà.

Le réseau TEOR (Transport Est-Ouest Rouennais) qui relie différents quartiers de la ville. Les lignes principales (T1, T2, T3) passent à proximité du centre-ville, notamment à quelques minutes à pied de la Rue d'Orbe. Station la plus proche : La station Théâtre des Arts est située à environ 10 minutes de marche de la Rue d'Orbe.

Rouen dispose d'un vaste réseau de bus géré par le service Astuce, qui couvre toute la ville et la métropole. Plusieurs lignes de bus passent à proximité de la Rue d'Orbe, facilitant les trajets rapides vers d'autres quartiers. Lignes de bus proches : Parmi les lignes les plus accessibles depuis la Rue d'Orbe, vous trouverez les lignes F1, F2, F7, 5, et 11 qui desservent les principales destinations en ville. Ces bus permettent également de rejoindre la périphérie de Rouen ou d'autres quartiers résidentiels et universitaires.

La Gare de Rouen Rive Droite est située à environ 15-20 minutes à pied de la Rue d'Orbe. Cette gare est la principale de la ville et propose des connexions vers Paris (environ 1h20 de trajet en train), Le Havre, Caen, et d'autres villes normandes. Si vous prévoyez des excursions hors de Rouen, la proximité de la gare est un atout important.

En résumé, la Rue d'Orbe offre une accessibilité très pratique aux transports en commun de Rouen, que ce soit par bus, TEOR, ou vélo. Cela rend les déplacements faciles, que vous souhaitiez explorer le centre-ville ou vous rendre dans d'autres parties de l'agglomération.

Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
