Stay in this spacious 45 m² souplex, located on the ground floor in a quiet street in Paris's 13th arrondissement, just a 2-minute walk from the metro and close to Place d'Italie, its many bars and restaurants, and the Italie 2 shopping center.

## Logement
This unique ground-floor apartment facing the street, formerly a glass-fronted commercial space, can accommodate up to 4 people, making it ideal for a stay with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a double bed on a mezzanine (accessed via a steep ladder), a bathroom with toilet, and a bright and quiet living room equipped with a double sofa bed.
In the basement, accessible by stairs, there is a small bedroom with two bunk beds, a skylight overlooking the living room, and a second bathroom (without toilet).

Please note: The entrance is directly off the street.

Sheets and towels are provided and professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay.

You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay: television, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, etc.

The neighborhood is ideal for exploring Paris: Rue Mouffetard, Jardin des Plantes, Grande Mosquée de Paris, Gobelins, etc. are all within a 15-minute walk. There is also a Franprix supermarket 2 minutes away and a pharmacy 4 minutes away.
Parking is easy right in front of the apartment (paid during the day, free on Sundays and public holidays), which is rare in Paris.

## Emplacement
The 13th arrondissement of Paris is known for its Asian district, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians and Laotians met. The north of the arrondissement is more "classical" and includes important institutions such as the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the district of the Olympiades.
It also has the advantage of being near the Montparnasse station known to be surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
