The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 200 m² manor house for rent in Saint-Onen-la-Chapelle, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with showers), and a garden of around 3,000 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with a small lounge area (TV, sofas)
- A second living room with a lounge area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., and a dining area
- A laundry room
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 3: with two double beds (140×190) and en-suite bathroom (with shower)
- Separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, barbecue, iron and ironing board, board games, books, and toys.
Outside:
- A beautiful, private, unfenced garden measuring 3,000 m²
- A 70 m² south-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying sunny days
- A second 100 m² terrace at the rear of the manor house
The manor house is ideally located in Saint-Onen-la-Chapelle, in a very pleasant setting. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.
Activities:
- Lake Trémelin and its water sports center
- The Forest of Brocéliande
- The town of Saint Méen le Grand: swimming pool, cinema, museum, hiking
- Ploërmel: Lake Taupont, its water sports center, golf course
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot of the accommodation.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Montaubon de Bretagne, about 6 miles away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 22 miles away
