When you're ready to cool off, just head inside and enjoy the central air conditioning. The condo is all set up with essential amenities to keep guests comfortable, including a private washer/dryer to help keep swimsuits and towels in beach-ready shape. Younger guests can relax in built-in hall bunk beds, while guests of the main bedroom can unwind in an en suite standalone shower and soaking tub. But no matter where you decide to sleep, guests of this condo can enjoy access to shared pools, a hot tub, sauna, and fitness room during their stay. Of course, the beach is always just a few steps away.

Splash Resort is a beachfront property on the serene west end of Panama City Beach, offering you close proximity to the city's family-friendly attractions and a wonderfully relaxing setting to come home to. When you're not swimming, sunbathing (beach service is available for hire from March until October), or practicing your skills in a variety of water sports on the beach downstairs, you'll be only two miles up the coast from more than 100 stores, excellent restaurants, an IMAX theater, and all kids of entertainment at Pier Park. The exciting marine encounters of Gulf World can be found three miles southeast, while the charming beach communities along Scenic Route 30A begin at Inlet Beach only seven miles northwest.

The Riptide Bar and Grill is seasonal.
Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee.
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 16.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
