★ HOUSE RULES ★

📌 Must be 25 years old to rent.
📌 Guests must E-sign our rental agreement and submit a 500$ security hold that will be released upon checkout.
📌 MAX Occupancy of 14 guests. No Unregistered guests are allowed. Any guests over 14 are subject to cancellation of reservation.
📌 Parking: Max of 5 cars allowed on the property. Street parking is not allowed.
📌 No Pets allowed. Sorry, we love our dogs but do not allow pets. If you bring a pet without authorization you will be charged $1,000 and subject to immediate eviction.
📌 No Smoking inside the property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a 750.00 Ozone cleaning fee. Smoking outside is allowed, but must be cleaned up. Any debris will charge 50$ for additional cleaning.
📌 No Events, No Parties. Charged a 600.00 additional cleaning fee and subject to immediate eviction.
📌 No shoes are allowed inside the house. We provide complimentary slippers to our guests. SAND is everywhere living at the beach, and we try to keep the house as clean as possible for all guests.
📌 Please keep all windows and doors closed when using the A/C.
📌 Do not use the “white": towels to remove makeup. We provide grey towels to remove makeup as your makeup will stain the “white": towels. We charge 35.00 per towel that is stained. Beach towels will be provided. Please use those when outside of the home.
