Deja Vista es perfecto para grandes reuniones familiares con 5 dormitorios, 5 baños y 2 medios baños. El gran plan de piso abierto, vidrio frontal del ascensor, y vistas pintorescas son sólo algunas de las muchas razones por las que esta casa de vacaciones ha sido uno de los favoritos para muchos !!!!

Hay 3 dormitorios con camas de matrimonio, ropa de cama de lujo, cada uno con su propio baño privado y nueva pantalla plana LCD TV de 42 "!!! 1 habitación con literas con 1 doble con camas gemelas y una con literas completas y baño privado, y una habitación extra abuhardillada en la azotea en la planta superior con una cama doble, y una litera doble y medio, TV LCD de 32 pulgadas y su propio privado baño.
enorme terraza en la azotea increíble, con barra, minibar y nevera, para las noches especiales ver los atardeceres.

La sala de estar y el comedor están abiertos a la gran cocina con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, máquina de hielo y una enorme barra de desayuno que tiene capacidad para 8! A un lado de la sala de estar es un gran balcón cubierto con vistas a la arena blanca, aguas azules y puestas de sol increíbles !!!!
Cada grupo tiene, altavoces de sonido envolvente al aire libre. equipo de sonido es compatible con AirPlay.
Tome el ascensor de cristal o la escalera de caracol a la terraza de la azotea que ofrece las vistas más impresionantes !!! No se olvide de sus binoculares, los delfines son extra lúdico en las mañanas !!!

So much room! Everything made sense and there was lots of room to stretch out in the house and outside as well. The view of the beach was perfection. And the rooftop deck was *chef’s kiss*. This home is almost to the end of the public area of the peninsula so the beachfront felt so private. Definitely not crowded. If your goal is to try to unplug and just be with your family and friends, this home will make it easy!

Amazing place!! One of the best beach houses that our family has stayed at. Great size, enough space for multiple families to spread out but all be together. Thank y'all for allowing us to stay here. We hope to be able to stay again in the future!

It was lovely!! There are lots of windows and several decks to enjoy the beautiful scenery and plenty of space inside for our family! It was very clean and well-equipped. The owner was very prompt at replying to any of our questions. The beach was very quiet…not over-crowded. We would highly recommend staying here!!

Great property for family gathering at the beach.

Great accommodations for a large family gathering. House was clean and provided everything needed as far as kitchen supplies and towels, etc. Host was very accommodating with check-in and taking care of an issue with the ice maker. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Family vacation

My family including parents, siblings, and children were all able to stay here together. Everyone was comfortable and pleased! Property was very clean and well maintained. Contacted the property owners about an issue, and they were quick to respond. Elevator was an awesome bonus when hauling luggage up and down. This house is one of the last few houses on the beach, so felt almost secluded from the crowds which is great! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beach trip 2025

The property is amazing, it looks just like the pictures. It is very spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you will need. The commercial ice maker was a plus! But the elevator was a game changer! Whether it was moving in or out or just coming up from the beach, it was a blessing! We are already talking about next year!

We spent an amazing weekend with friends and family at the BEAUTIFUL beach house. Location was perfect because the beach is not crowded where the house is located. Great Property. Fantastic Location!!

So impressed with this property and it’s owners. The house is beautiful and served all of our needs. The bedrooms are very large and the kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. The owners quickly responded to a housekeeping issue upon arrival and the matter was resolved within hours. I will certainly keep this property as a favorite for future vacations.

Memories Made

We had wonderful weather and enjoyed our stay! The house gave us plenty of room for our party of 12. Although we were not able to use the elevator during our stay (advice from the elevator maintenance man), we managed the three stories of stairs ok, but the elevator would have helped out a lot! The area is practically commercial free, which is what we wanted. We loved, loved, loved the practically deserted beach during our stay, which was another reason to book this house. Fort Morgan was only about a mile away and we really enjoyed spending a couple of hours there also (Veterans get in free!).

Handicap accessible

My husband is handicapped and the elevator made all the difference in being able to go to the beach with our 3 generations. The beach was not crowded at all. We had plenty of room and had a memorable time together.

Spent 7 Wonderful days in this beautiful beach house! Loved the open floor plan of living room, kitchen & dining area. Bedrooms are large and beds comfortable plus each bedroom has private bathroom. And Loved the Elevator Beautiful beach and the view of beach & water from the house is Fantastic. Thank you Ron & Dana for sharing your lovely beach house. Perfect family trip for the whole crew.

Deja View is a beautiful beach house. It was perfect for us, our kids and their spouses, and all of the grands. I didn't realize that the rooftop bedroom had a separate entrance. I guess i missed that when reading the description. The grands enjoyed the beach toys available and the darts game. The pool was only a short walk away. The covered porches were wonderful with a nice breeze everyday. The only thing missing would be another family room so the kids can play their games while the adults make use of the living room.

What an amazing vacation!!

Our family just returned from spending a wonderful vacation at Deja View. The house is amazing and fit our needs perfectly. With three families coming together it can be a challenge to make sleeping arrangements. We had no problems this year. There is a bedroom located on the roof which was great for the two teenagers. There were also plenty of bathrooms. We were not disappointed with the home or the accommodations. I would highly recommend this home for your next vacation experience. The owners were also great to work with.

Best family week!

We had 16 family members stay here with plenty of room! 6 grands who have never been to the beach, they loved the bunk room! Views from the decks were amazing! Our young adult girls loved the loft and were happy to have a little get away from the madness of 6 littles in the house. So many memories were made. A very quiet part of the beach so it felt like it was all ours. We are very sad our week is over but so happy to have all the memories. Dana was very fast to respond to any messages we sent her. Book the trip, make the memories, you won't regret it!

Amazingly peaceful!

We have been vacationing on the gulf for over 40 years and this was our favorite so far! For our group of 8, kids/ grandkids it was perfect! ( we used the loft room for gaming and reading,perfect bonus for us) The house was amazing! Comfortable, well stocked kitchen,games,beach chairs and toys. The Beach access was such a plus. We have grown tired of all the crowds and this area is heavenly, more wildlife, gorgeous unobstructed views…peaceful! We really enjoyed the rooftop deck for stargazing! The stars were brilliant because…no surrounding condos and lights!! Thanks to the wonderful hosts who responded to any messages very quickly! We will definitely be back!!

Vacation Getaway

Views from top balcony are amazing!! Overall experience was pleasant. We did have issues with elevator at times but able to fix with instructions from property owner. So many stairs when elevator not working or someone forgot to close the door for elevator to be used. Ice machines were not the greatest, was really looking forward to having our own big ice machine but it didn’t work properly the first couple of days and by the time it did, didn’t produce much. Beach access was convenient and able to leave stuff down at the beach with no worries of it being messed with. Also really enjoyed not having big crowds around us!! The loft on the roof was nice for the teenagers that went with us who enjoyed having their own space!

Terrific stay

This beautiful home is at the end of the street and gets incredible light and air. It has plenty of space for everyone, with a couple of roll away beds and pullouts to add sleeping areas. The place was clean and welll stocked. The beach is beautiful and the house has many chairs and toys to make it fun. We had everything we needed with one exception. The internet connection was "from the stone ages" as my 13 year old put it. Even with only one person on at a time I could not download anything. But the relatively affordable rental price balanced out the data overages, I guess. We would definitely stay again--as long as the wifi gets a boost. Thank you!

Review of our stay

The main reason we rented this house was for the elevator and when we arrived the elevator was not working. We had to carry my handicapped mother-in-law up 2 flights of stairs. The house was not exceptionally cleaned. There was plenty of sand on the stair cases and the bathrooms were not cleaned very well. When the elevator man came out he was very rude. The house did have a very nice top deck but the elevator man suggested we not use it to go to the 4th floor, therefore it inhibited my mother-in-law from enjoying the view. All the tubs drained so slow you were in ankle deep water taking a shower. The water pressure in the showers were very low. The one great thing was the location was fantastic.

Loved the layout; disappointed in the cleanliness and quality.

This property was perfect for our family vacation in relation to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and general floor plan and location. However, we were very disappointed in the condition of the house upon arrival. Carpets, and floors were dirty, baseboards and window sills were gross. Hair in the bathrooms. The house needs updating and replacements of: window blinds (many broken), wall ovens (did not close), toaster, furniture was dirty, washing machine not working well (had to call maintenance), light bulbs out. Do not consider the loft bedroom as a sleeping option unless you are comfortable with either climbing a spiral staircase and going outside to enter, or using an old elevator to the rooftop. I will say the homeowner was very responsive when contacted, but needs to clarify a few things in the description. Also, not disclosed, a house was being built right next door with workers hammering at 8am every morning. And, you have to walk a long way on a boardwalk to get to the beach in front of the house. A neighbor on the west side was kind enough to let us cut through her yard, but it is very difficult to pull a wagon through all the sand:-( We had a great time with family and friends, but would not recommend this property.

We fell in love with the location of this house!!! It can't get any better!!! My favorite place to be is the balcony!! Whether it's sipping coffee or drinking wine while watching the sun set and dolphins playing....it is just pure bliss!!!!

Being directly Beach front is amazing!!!! The views are intoxicating!!!! The huge open floor plan makes family gatherings and friend time effortless!! The house has two large decks and one gigantic rooftop deck that is the perfect place for a wedding reception for your beach wedding!!
