This gorgeous unit features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are two separate master bedrooms located on either floor. Both master bedrooms feature a King size bed and flat screen TVs. Both master bedrooms also feature in suite bathrooms with large tubs, tiled walk-in showers, and double vanity sinks. Guests also have 3 additional bedrooms to choose from. Two of these bedrooms feature Queen beds, while the third bedroom features two Full beds.
The main living area is tastefully decorated, open & spacious with a high vaulted ceiling. Take a seat on the cozy sectional sofa and enjoy unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Once you're done soaking in the views, take a seat on the leather couch to enjoy some entertainment on the large flat screen TV. The kitchen and dining area are conveniently adjacent to the main living area. There's seating for 8 at the dining table, plus additional seating for 2 at the bar. The kitchen area comes fully stocked with all pots, pans, utensils, and appliances you may need to prepare a delicious meal!

Unpleasant homeowner
The house is beautiful and comfortable, unfortunately I only spent one of the 3 that I reserved.
3 units, 1st unit owner was not a very friendly. We were threatened by him. I do however want to thank SPI rental for helping us with the very unpleasant owner. We where moved to another place where we spend the rest of our trip. I love SPI and we will always rent through them.i gave an average rating only because 4312 Gulf Blvd house was nice, however I would not rented ever again only because of one of the owners made my first night there very uncomfortable.

Nice Place with a Great View
Overall a great house with a view of the gulf. The house was very accommodating for our family of 7 adults. We were on the 3rd floor, so it was nice the building has an elevator if people choose to use it.
The only drawback we found was the house didn't have as many "fundamentals" as one typically expects (i.e., facial tissues, coffee filters, bathroom trash cans). Otherwise, great.
When we arrived, the air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom was not working. However, when we called SPI rentals, they were there within an hour to repair it.
Overall, I recommend this property.

So many things to LOVE, just a few things to be aware of...
We loved LOVED that we were so close to the beach. Walking straight out from the house at anytime to be on the beach was a huge plus for us. The Condo has plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable, furnishings great. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. We missed not have a grill so that was a big bummer. Maintenance was very responsive as I did have to contact them right away. There were zero trash bags in the kitchen. We did bring a few extras to get us through the week but I expected them to have at least one. We had an issue with the frig not cooling fast enough but that corrected itself overnight the first night. It just needed time to catchup after we filled it. I was disappointed with the pool area. It is very small, which is OK but there was a very large portion of the area that will filled with paint equipment and scaffolding so there was no room to sit and enjoy the area. There were several lightblubs that were out in the main living area. There was a black trash bag used as window covering in one of the master bathrooms. There was also a lot of mold in the ceiling in the toilet area of one of the master bathrooms. Over all, we would come back again but I'm hoping the few issues we had would be fixed.
