Beautiful old stone house (17th century), in the charming, quiet hamlet of Sainte-Brigitte, close to the beaches of Quatre Vaulx (900m) and Pen Guen (1500m). Restored with respect for tradition by skilled craftsmen for the structural work and by a family effort over the last two years for the interior renovation, it is complemented by a large enclosed garden with 2 parking spaces. The house comprises on the first floor: - a large entrance hall with a "beach corner" - a large living room with a beautiful fireplace, games for children and adults - a dining room with a piano, a large table for up to 12/14 people - a recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen - a bathroom & WC PGJyPg PGJyPg Upstairs you will find: - a large master bedroom with a desk, a cot, books, ... - a family bedroom with 5 beds, a desk, a games table and books - a small adjoining bedroom with a bunk bed and a sewing machine - a shower room with a toilet (currently being completed! Expected by the end of May) In the garden you will have: - a shed with outdoor games (badminton, croquet, etc.) - a storage shed with laundry, bicycles, deck chairs, Hammock... - a large garden table with chairs, a fire pit - a swing. Sheets are provided. Ideal setting to enjoy the Emerald Coast from Erquy to St Malo! The house is located near the beaches of Saint-Cast, the golf course, tennis courts, the equestrian center, and close to renowned tourist sites: Cap Fréhel, Fort la Latte, Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan… and one hour from Mont Saint-Michel. Hiking trails accessible on foot from the house (GR 34).
