Four bedrooms, two bath, two story home. Full kitchen and dining nook. Large fully fenced with a fire pit, cement patio with gazebo, BBQ and grass area. Plenty of space in the main living with a large sectional, electric fireplace and large televisions in multiple areas. Comfortable home with space to enjoy your stay.
Quiet neighborhood, fully furnished. Two car garage with room to park in the driveway as well. Close to parks. Driving distance to Silverwood and 10 min from the hospital.

The house was perfect for what we needed! Plenty of room, linens, towels, well-equipped kitchen, and a garage that we could use. The backyard was great too, fully fenced with a cute little patio area.

Good place for a family

It was pretty good. The property could use a deep clean (dirty handprints on walls and doors when we arrived, and garbage under the couch) and a few holes patched in wall, etc. It was fine for our family though. Great communication with the host and good location too!

Perfect for Silverwood!

Great family neighborhood and perfect place to stay for our vacation to Silverwood. The outdoor fireplace with gazebo was wonderful to gather around at night after our day of activities. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect family home

Beautiful family home with enough beds for our 2 families to stay in CD’A. Great location. Central to many activities. Well stocked kitchen with all tools needed to cook family meals. Costco & Fred Meyer nearby. Nice size back yard for the kids to run around.

Coeur d'alene Stay

We had 2 families (8 people) stay for 3 nights. Plenty of space for everyone, extra bedding and lots of towels. Location was great, close to restaurants, shopping, and a short drive to Silverwood. Entry was easy with great instructions prior to arrival. The snacks and water left out for us was a nice touch and binder of things to do and local amenities was helpful. Would highly recommended this rental and looking forward to returning to explore more the area has to offer

Lovely, cozy home and responsive owners.

Really nice home to stay in. Conveniently located to stores and places we wanted to visit. Big backyard, with lots of room for corn hole (which our kids brought) and for grandkids to run around. There was a little glitch with the heater the first day, but the owners were very quick to come take care of it and checked in after to make sure there weren’t further issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Tasman- Coeur DAlene house

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. The host, Natalie was very nice and communicative with us. They provided us with some free drinks and snacks. A nice touch. A huge backyard and an elementary school close by if you’re looking for something to do with your kids.

Awesome Family spot for the Iron Man

The house ended up being a block from our family. Plenty of space for two kids and 6 adults. Large back yard for kids to play and enjoy grilling. Very nice area to Lounge out with drinks, etc. Beds were comfortable and everything clean. The AC wasn’t working and Natalie got a tech over immediately to fix it. Great communication! Would not hesitate to rent again, very good property!

Wedding weekend

Owner was great and allowed an hour early check in. We had my 2 yr old grandson who loved the back yard. My only recommendations if guests have toddlers they should know there is no baby gate for stairs. My grandson had no issues with stairs as he is 2 1/2. Also the smell from neighbors dogs next door was at times so bad we had to go inside. The outdoor sitting area was great otherwise

Lovely modern home with all the close by conveniences needed by families! We loved this home. Great neighborhood and the home had all the amenities we needed. Wonderful host, very helpful. We were allowed to checking early as we arrived earlier than expected and for a family of 6, this was VERY appreciated! Would deffinately stay here again.

Summer Oasis

First of all the house was plenty big and spotless. All you could ask for and more. Kitchen well stocked with anything you could require for meals. Nice back yard. Private and cozy.very relaxing atmosphere. Bedrooms very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and the perfect location for anything you would be interested in doing. Literally everything is just a ten minute drive away. Downtown, the lakes. ( Hayden and Coeur D ‘ Alene). Golf stores restaurants. You name it. I would highly recommend this property for the above mentioned reasons as well as many others. Already planning our trip back next summer

Home Away From Home.

We loved the home. Clean, and beautiful. Everything needed was there. Each person had what they needed and wanted. We would definitely stay again and actually plan on booking for next year when we have our family visiting next June. We would recommend this property to ANYONE. Great location and a short ride to anything you want. Home is beautiful and functional. Book this house and you WON'T be disappointed.

Lovely place. Only complaint was there is some kind of leak in downstairs bathroom and it made a noise every 15-20 min. Someone should check it

Perfect Fit

We had a total of 7 of us on a Year End Girl Scout Adventure. We were very pleased with the amount of space we had inside and out. The back yard is awesome! The kitchen was very well equipped with all we needed to cook with. Thank you!

I raised 3 of my four kids there for ten years. I genuinely love this home. We have put a lot of work into it to make it truly feel like a place you want to stay and enjoy.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

From the wainscoting to the decor, we have put a lot of thought and love into this home. I try to put myself in a place of “what do I need if I were staying here?” -And make sure the home has those things and more.
This location is stellar. Truly centrally located but still a quiet neighborhood. Fred Meyer is minutes away, downtown CDA is 10-15 min depending on traffic, blue grass park is only a couple miles and it’s near Ramsey elementary school so during summer, the playground is often available.
The backyard is sizeable and gazebo was a Mother’s Day present to me years ago.
We plan to keep this home for our kids to be able to raise their kids so we truly care about it.
