We loved walking to town in the morning for coffee and Lantern Donuts was a must! The house had everything we could possibly need to make our stay easy. There were more items in the house than I have ever had at any other vacation rental. Very, very well equipped. Could live in this little cottage happily!!!

The East Midtown house is located about 10–12-minute walk from downtown Coeur d' Alene. Plenty of parking for 2-3 vehicles on the street for your group. Inside you will find everything needed to cook a meal. Coffee, spices, all cooking supplies ready to go. The house has (2) bedrooms upstairs (1) bedroom on main floor, and (1) bedroom downstairs. Downstairs has a nice seating area and large tv for kids if they need a place to hang out and get away from the grown-ups. East Midtown house was a perfect getaway for me and my group!

Matthew, a fully stocked kitchen and room for every generation to spread out across four bedrooms is exactly what makes a group trip click. Glad the space worked for your crew, and Coeur d'Alene is worth another visit whenever the group is ready to return.

Amazing place and location

Excellent location, amenities, house and hosts!

What a fantastic property! Over the top amenities (loved the coffee bar). Fantastic upgraded house with old home charm. The location was walkable to downtown. Would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to our next stay!

A Great Place to Stay!

Everything about this property was exactly as represented, if not better! It was a perfect spot for our family vacation and in walking distance (a mile or less) of downtown, grocery stores, restaurants and even a beach! Quiet neighborhood and lots of amenities made our stay very comfortable. We loved it!

Loved the property. Check in was a little unsure but after contacting the property manager, we got in no problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Great way to spend Christmas

Beautiful home that enhanced spending Christmas with my senior parents so also loved staying there. Very well maintained and comfy rooms. Great and responsive hosts.

Great stay in CDA.

This is a fantastic property that is close to downtown. It met all of our needs and was well appointed throughout. Awesome kitchen and roomy back patio. Would definitely stay here again! If there is any minor advice it would be to replace the pillows in the master bedroom…but still a 5-star experience through and through..

attention to detail

we loved staying here. whoever did the renovation did an amazing job, and we especially appreciated the way space was maximized and all the attention that went into the small details. we were there for the 70.3 CDA and it was perfect for our needs. would definitely stay here again.

We came to Coeur d’elane for the first time celebrating my husbands birthday with our adult children and hand a wonderful family trip! The house had everything we could possibly need! Fantastic stay! Thank you.

Great Week!

Great location, very clean, and well equipped. Host thought of all the details and included fun things for the kids (bubbles, toys, etc). Comfortable beds/linens as well. Very responsive management company. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed CDA!

Great stay!

This house is perfect! We were 2 families with teens and the room configurations were great, plus the outdoor space and location couldn’t have been better. Upon arrival check in was easy and we were pleasantly surprised how well the kitchen was stocked. We had a question regarding the laundry and our response from property management and our issues were resolved immediately with follow up. We would all love to return one day!

Lake Living at its Finest

Beautiful home that offered our family of 6 adults enough space to relax, cook in a kitchen that has everything a foodie family needs, and a nice size table inside and out for dining and nightly card games. In walking distance to lake and downtown and very quiet street. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy lake living.

Long weekend

Fantastic house that looked better than the pictures. Wonderfully decorated, with fun welcome treats and a great morning coffee selection. One of the main reasons we chose this house was for the outdoor covered patio and the movie watching experience - neither disappointed. I look forward to renting it again next summer.

Immaculate and Lovely Home

We are 4 friends who meet once a year (for 30 years now). This lovely, extremely well appointed and immaculate home was a perfect fit for us during our stay in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The owners have thought of aboslutely everything that one might want or need for a 'home away from home'. The picket fence around the home makes it so appealing, so cozy, and so private. It is located on a quiet street near downtown. Highly recommend this lovely home!!!

Family time

The house was everything we needed. The space was perfect for our 7 family members to get together and yet have separate private areas. Loved the decor and the high quality of it all. Very comfortable. With the exception of the key pads for access not working and not being able to contact anyone for about 2 hours, we eventually got that resolved and it was all wonderful after that!

Loved it !Beautiful and comfortable and convenient.

We rented it for my son and family from Montana for a visit to the theme park. It was a short get away for them and he doesn’t get much down time he is a Pastor. Wanted the rooms for the grandkids could have their space also.They said it was beautiful and loved it . A God send Thank You
