Welcome to Picket Fences, a beautifully restored 1911 cottage where timeless charm meets modern luxury in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene. This spacious 2,600 sq. ft. home is your perfect home away from home, blending historic appeal with top-of-the-line comforts for an unforgettable escape.
The entire home exudes warmth, from the hardwood floors and quartzite countertops to the inviting living spaces. Kick back on a plush sectional sofa with a faux fur throw in the main living room, which features a large HDTV and a charming furnishings that adds to the cozy ambience. A second bonus room downstairs offers another large HDTV, board games, a chess table, and more room to stretch out.
Your inner chef will adore the gourmet kitchen, which has been fully rebuilt and stocked for all your culinary desires. It features:
* Double convection ovens
* A 6-burner gas cooktop
* An InstaPot with Sous Vide, a Ninja Blender, and a freestanding mixer
* A coffee bar with artisan coffee beans, espresso pods, and caramel syrup
