Girl's weekend

It was a great place to stay. Lots of room for all and everything we needed. Location was perfect . Would stay there again if we come back to the Poconos.

Snowboarding Weekend

We had a great weekend away with family and friends. The house provided more then enough space for all of us to spread out & enjoy ourselves. Owner was in constant contact and was very responsive during our stay. I would definitely recommend!!!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the deer that came right up to the deck each day. Host was very friendly and checked in with us periodically. We had great communication with Gary. The house was large enough for our big family to be very comfortable. We enjoyed grilling and eating out on the deck each night.

NASCAR weekend

The property met our needs, it was clean with enough room for 5 adults. We never used the amenities as they were not within walking distance. We did walk to the lake which was nice. Overall we would stay there again.

Pocono Lake House

Although nondescript on the outside, this lake house was so so cute!!! So nicely decorated on the inside. Very nice nautical vibe, very clean and extremely accommodating for my family and I. The beds were very comfy too. The Host was so kind and on top of all of our needs. Walmart and gym are 10 minute drive. My family enjoyed the pool, basketball court and walks on the property…: the best was feeding the deer apples from the balcony. We would definitely enjoying staying at this lake house again!!

Thank you Rachel. Your family and friends were great guests. Rachel did a great job communicating and took great care of the house. She even did a great job cleaning up and taking out the trash. I would definitely recommend her to any host and would definitely love to have her come back.

The host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. The space was good but the house itself is not as it appears in pictures. There are black spots on the ceiling in the bedrooms, the flooring is very used and did not feel clean (for example, the non-carpeted flooring was sticky), and spiderwebs in corners of the floors and ceilings. There were only enough dishes for a family of 6 for one meal and only serving utensils that we used as regular utensils so washed dishes often. The number of beds and the linens were as described and clean. The updated bathroom and the water pressure were great. Plenty of parking. Takes a while to get the parking pass since the community seems to have a lot rentals, so be prepared to wait about 20 minutes for a pass. Washer and dryer worked great. Kids enjoyed seeing deer outside every day.

Beautiful pocono home

We just completed our stay at this beautifully maintained house. We were amazed at how clean and inviting this property was. Very comfortable for a friends vacation with 2 adults and 6 kids! We even had a friend come the last night which made 12 people and we all were perfectly fine. The back deck is perfect for hanging out. The 3 pools( one of which didn’t open while there due to staffing issues) lake a beach were so much fun! We really enjoyed peddle boating on the lake. Staff was supper friendly, too. My only complaint would be the welcome center. The lady who checked us in was not very welcoming. Gary, the owner was awesome and very responsive. We’d definitely return!

Nicole was a wonderful guest. The kind every host loves. She very responsive, thoughtful, adhered to the house rules, took great care of our place, communicated great and did a great job cleaning up before checking out. I would definitely recommend her to any host, and would love to have her stay with us again.

Overall a good experience in this location. Positives: The host was responsive when we texted them. The place was good for the 8 people we had booked for. Everything in the kitchen were in very good condition and helped with cooking. Plenty of bathrooms for us to use. The deck sitting space is big as well. Negatives: Some of the upholstery was stained, particularly in the living room couch. The game room table didnt have a ping pong net and the ping pong table was warped. The pool table wasnt leveled, so the cue ball did have issues staying put. There was no clothing detergent available during our stay. The kids board games were kind of scattered around when we arrived. Overall we are still satisfied with our stay and would recommend it. Just make sure to bring certain things to help make your experience more satisfying. The Game room area could be better set up since we paid a bit extra for that game room area.

Attending Dance Competition

We selected this location because it was within 20 minutes of Kalahari convention center where my daughter was attending a Dance nationals competition. This is a gated community. So it feels somewhat safe with only residents and guests who have provided I’d can enter. Although this is an older neighborhood, there is a lot of home renovations happening. There are several pools and tennis courts. Our rental had a large paved driveway. The deck was large with a table, lots of wicker seating, a rug and a grill with propane and grilling utensils. The interior had 3 floors with lots of private sleeping areas. I called it Wayfair decor!!! The furniture was all in great shape. Lots of TVs, a game room that could also double as a bedroom. It had plenty of dishes and cooking ware. Paper goods provided. Plenty of towels. We rented in July and the unit was freshly cleaned as it was rented right before we came in. The yard was small but the large deck compensated for that. The neighbor behind us is doing some landscaping and building a shed. There are also 2 brand new homes beside that neighbor. This was a very quiet neighborhood. There are a couple of gas stations, Dunkin, and a Dollar General near the entrance. All in all, I enjoyed the unit and would rent again. Gary our host was great and answered all our questions and checked on us during our visit.

Everything under one roof!

This house has all that you need to unplug, it can really accommodate a large family or crowd there are many beds and seating areas for you to spread out and enjoy. The host is very responsive and goes out of the way to make sure you have a great stay! It is also really well decorated adding that extra touch!
