My fully equipped home is on a quiet street close to everything. 3 min walk from community pool, Playground, Tennis and Basketball courts. Few min drive to the Lake front beach. Approximately 10-25 min away from Camelback Mountain (ski), Mount Airy Casino, Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, vineyards and many other attractions.

House features a large deck with a 20ft steel roof Gazebo, 2 grills (Charcoal & Propane), Firepit (firewood included). 3 flat screen TV's, 200 mbs WIFI, and NETFLIX. The house has split-units for AC/Heat in addition to heated floors and baseboards, keeping your family comfortable when you stay inside and relax.

What is included: we want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and are supplying everything you could want and need during your stay.
General: Fresh sheets and towels for all guests, trash bags, paper towels, dish Soap, hand Soap, Laundry detergent.
All cooking utensils: pots, pans, baking sheets, grill accessories, corkscrews, cutting boards etc.)
Dishware/flatware: full knife set, knives, forks, spoons, plates, bowl's, cups, drinking glasses, shot glasses, wine glasses, serving bowls and serving dishes.
Kitchen Appliances: toaster, blender, Keurig coffee machine (coffee not included), kettle.

The house is deep cleaned after each stay with antibacterial supplies.
*Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each pet. Community Amenities:

Highly recommend place for companies. Everything was just great. The house was clean, with no any smells. Has a lot of sleeping spots. Fully equipped kitchen and grill area.A host always replied very fast .We were totally satisfied.

The house is poorly maintained. While the photos make it look like a high-end rental, the reality is broken kitchen drawers, a second refrigerator with missing drawers plugged into a power strip (safety hazard), poorly laid out space (TV is difficult to see from living room seating area, shower handle that comes off in basement bathroom, holes in walls, missing window covering in upstairs bedroom and broken window coverings on main floor too. We also experienced issues with heating system - being unable to fully shut it off so needed to run AC units and open windows in November to keep the temperature tolerable. The owner was responsive and addressed a safety issue with the 2nd story deck spindles and the unit was clean when we arrived - which is why this is a 2 instead of 1.

We had a good time. When there was something wrong (and let’s be real there always is) I contacted the owner and immediately he had has maintenance man over to fix the problem.!!! The maintenance man is also super nice! Which was wonderful.

Lots of stairs, no kid gates for them.We had 12 people staying here, ages 2 to 65. It was adequate, but the house is in meed of many repairs. Plastic covered windows indicates sealing problems. Fix it. Chintzy kitchen cupoards with at least one drawer that didnt open. Fix it. Washer and dryer stacked without the proper stacking equipment. Dishwasher door won't stay down, so the bottom tray falls back in while loading. A metal flooring strip has been pulled back - dangerous for crawling kids. No instructions for AC/Heating. Towels provided. No face cloths. Outside electric plug blew when the LED lights over the table were plugged in. The same outlet fried the electric grill. The good thing was that the host reaponded well and quickly. Thanks. Screens torn - on the door to the deck, plus the screen around the deck very torn.Bed upstairs wlvery soft. Pullows might be memory foam, very high. Double bed in basement on a slant. Couple thatbslept there turned and slept with head at foot end. Bunk beds are rickety.Kitchen equipment is minimal. Only bery large spoons are provided. I purchased small, cheap teaspoons so kids could eat.Good things: responsive host. Plenty of wood for firepit and fireplace. Decent neighborhood. Playground nearby, good roads for kids on bikes. State park with hiking nearby.This property served its purpose for our gathering, but I could not give it 5 stars, even though the host was very responsive.

Home was spacious allowing plenty of room for 11 family members. Home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Outside deck had large table and grill along with a fire pit allowing us to spend time outdoors. Host was easy to get in touch with and always helpful. Home away from home. I can’t forget how nice it was to be able to include our two dogs on our family vacation.

Although check in was easy and efficient, upon walking up to the house you could see neglect. The lawn was uncut and very high, garbage was scattered around cans and stairway to door was unsafe. The right railing was loose and rotted. Inside although it looked clean we found the pots and pans to be greasy. It was great having 2 refrigerators. There were not enough towels for 10 guests so we were glad we brought beach towels. The windows were covered in plastic and the door coverings rusty. Another safety concern was the missing fire dectors. There was not enough seating for our family of ten with 5 seats in living room and 8 at table. The bunk beds and other downstairs bed was shaky so top bunk unusable. This home definitely did not live up to the luxury home in description or photos. Having rented homes from Verbo previously this was first time we were disappointed. Also pool in this section was closed all week so we had to drive to another section of development. We did make the best of the situation but would not return.

We had a great trip to the Pocanos staying in this home. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Kids loved the pool table and trampoline. Many deer walking through the neighborhood. Enjoyed one of the pools in the neighborhood. Went to Camelback Water park one of our days. Great time!

We appreciated being welcomed into this home and enjoyed our family weekend, but the property did not match the expectations set by the photos and description. The listing presents a modern, clean, well-maintained home, but we were met with neglect, safety issues, and misleading details.Upon arrival, there were bags of recycling in the driveway and a foul-smelling water leak. Inside, many windows were foggy, dirty, or blocked by rusted doors. A major disappointment was the basement, a key reason we booked. The beds were extremely creaky and unstable; top bunks were so close to the ceiling fan that our teens slept on the floor. The downstairs bathroom was barely usable—handles fell off and water pressure was poor—leaving only two functioning bathrooms for our group of 13.Amenities were lacking: not enough towels, no dish towel, and the oven smoked due to warped racks. The home had multiple safety concerns: no working smoke detector in the main area, hazardous exits (loose steps, exposed nails), and backyard dangers like a broken trampoline and rusted grill. If you are looking to rent in the colder months it seems the living room windows may have a draft as there was light plastic hanging off.This was meant to be a special 80th birthday weekend, and had the home’s true condition been accurately represented, we would have chosen differently. We made the best of our time but felt misled by the listing.

The best birthday weekend!

I needed a last minute stay for my son’s 2nd birthday and I’m so glad I found this place! We had the best time with friends and family, the community is secure and very calm. Although we couldn’t go to Kalahari as we had planned, we found farm 35 min away where we had fun for the day then came back to the house & grilled meat. Yuriy is an amazing host and my entire family enjoyed our time here!

Thank you for a nice weekend!

Yuriy was a gracious host, answering our questions in advance and giving detailed information to help us check in (the house is one of 4,000+ units in a community so there is a whole operation to check in and get parking and pool passes). The space in the house’s common rooms and back deck were smaller than expected from the pictures, but we had what we needed and Yuriy was responsive whenever we had a question during our stay. Overall we had a great time, the house was clean and ready, and the kids loved having the arcade games in a super kid-friendly zone in the basement. Thanks again for a great trip!

Family time

We were 6 adults and 3 children. The bedrooms and space were perfect for us. Lake Tobyhanna was about a 5 min drive you can rent motor boats, paddle boats and kayaks. There is a nice lakeside beach to swim with a nice playground for the kids. We did purchase a one day pool pass in the community. The community was quiet and clean. My family had a great time.

Great Family Getaway

Amazing!!!

Our family had an amazing time at this home away from home! Yuriy helped us with a list of recommendations. Also, Yuriy and her team (Jamal) were very attentive to our family needs. The house is very comfortable and family friendly. Most of the days were raining, so we got to enjoy quality time playing pool and arcade games, and doing karaoke. We enjoyed our time and wish to come back soon! Highly recommended 👌 👍

Enjoyed Our Family Weekend

We enjoyed our long weekend stay in August. 5 bedrooms with 4 separate families worked nicely and kids all fit nicely in bunk room. Plenty of things to keep kids busy inside. We enjoyed dinner on the deck and the fire pit after. Easy check in process and everything was as expected.

Great Last Minute Find

We made a last minute decision to book a vacation home. We had several challenges in location, # of people and our dogs. This house worked out perfectly for us. It gave us 3 levels so the adults could accomplish work when needed and allow activity in other areas of the house. Our only complaint was Mother Nature let it rain for 3 of the 5 days we were there so we only got to use the fire pit once!!!

Nice property and wonderful location!

This property worked very well for our family of 10. The location was great with lots of activities nearby, including skiing, tubing, indoor water park, and horseback riding. The home was comfortable with plenty of room, and the grandkids really enjoyed sleeping downstairs on the bunk beds. We had a couple of issues early in the stay but the owner responded quickly to resolve them. The only problem that was not resolved quickly was when we discovered that the dishwasher was broken. However, the owner contacted me to confirm that it would be okay to wait until we checked out to replace it so our visit would not be disrupted, and we managed fine without it. If we decide to return to the Poconos in the future, we would definitely stay here again!

Great stay and experience.

The stay at this house was great. We really enjoyed the property as it was very clean and full of things to do. The the outdoor space was also great! The fire pit outside was fantastic to make s’mores. The host was very responsive and communicative. I would stay here again next time!

I have been visiting the Pocono region ever since I was a child. I am happy that I can now bring my own kids here as well. The fresh air and countless activities make getting out of the city a regular trip for our family. Myself and the wife enjoy the local vineyards, the children love the waterparks, fruit picking and cozying up by the fire. The Ski mountains offer our family tons of fun. Stay with us and enjoy what our family has come to love.
