Courtyard Villa with gas golf cart located between two Town Squares!

This home is in the village of Rio Grande, and it’s a quick cart ride to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. It is walking distance to the Rio Grande pool.

The living room has a power reclining loveseat plus two manually reclining chairs. The living room features a 75” smart TV.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed. The master bath features a custom walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has an adjustable Queen-sized bed.

The spacious lanai is encased with vinyl windows and looks out on the enclosed courtyard and has a 50” smart TV. The courtyard area has grass, perfect for your small, well behaved dog.

Laundry closet is indoors.

Kitchen is equipped to suit all of your needs. All linens plus bath and pool towels are included.

A Yamaha gas golf cart is included with this rental.

Great location & neighborhood

This is a great location close to Spanish Springs and Sumter. Walking distance to Rio Grande family pool and quick golf cart ride to Tierra del Sol adult pool. Quiet neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. Vicki responded very quickly to questions.

Fantastic Trip, Best Accommodations!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at your home for the past month! My wife and I did so much and thoroughly enjoyed having access to a golf cart on nice days. The weather was a little cold, but then again, this is January. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed back yard and access to all of the dog parks. Thank you (Vickie & Scott) for being great hosts! Your home is so convemient to Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing, so we spent a lot of time at both. Your home was so clean and well stocked with everything that we needed to make our trip memorable!

It Did The Job

Rented for the month of Dec.Positives: Location is great if wanting to stay in the "northern" section of The Villages. There are lots of shopping and eating options. Near to the Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs squares. The home was adequately furnished with plenty of yard space for pets. Negatives: The home is located right next to a main street, Rio Grande Blvd, and can be quit noisy. There is traffic all day and all night. Upon first use of the toaster, I found the remnants of a burnt piece of bread stuck in the grill. Guess the housekeeper missed it...who knows how long it was there. One early morning, a gentleman entered the backyard gate to mow the grass. I was not given a heads-up of his arrival. When I contacted the owner to inquire about him being there, and that I was not dressed for visitors, I was told that he was "harmless". That was not my concern, I was about to open all of the blinds and that would have been embarrassing. Would have preferred knowing that someone was coming over. I notified the owner that the provided Keurig coffee pot had stopped brewing and it took 3 days to get a replacement. In the meantime, I went to Dunkin Donuts, at 6:30 AM, for coffee. Frustrating for sure. Overall, the home did the job for the length of time I needed it.

Villages Villa

The villa was in an excellent position and suited all our needs. We would have no problem using the villa again. A swimming pool and other amenities were close by. You can comfortably walk to the nearest town centre.

Everything you need and more !

The unit was in a great location, walking distance to a family pool, short golf cart ride to Spanish Square and close to shopping area. The owners were super. Had an issue with using streaming TV's, they came over and showed us what to do ! The headlight on the golf cart was out and they took it to be repaired and left us another one to use. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and everything in the unit worked well. I would highly recommend this property and Vicki and Scott as great Landlords !

Nice place, great location!

This was a great stay for us and our two small dogs, who liked the secure, walled in back yard and loved the nearby wooded area for dog hikes and squirrel hunts. Very clean and comfortable.

Great place near Spanish Springs/The Villages

We had a great stay in a comfy place. Everything worked and such a nice bed! We spent three weeks in August. Everything is close and easy to access. Excellent owners who responsive to our questions via text. We’d happily stay there again!

Great location in The Villages

This is a nice, quiet home with patio and close to pools and several town squares. The owner was very responsive and we hope to visit again in the future.
