Fantastic ski condo

We had a fantastic time staying at this condo while we skied at Hunter Mountain. Proximity to the mountain can’t be beat. The layout of the condo was wonderful and the host provided many lovely amenities for us as guest. We truly enjoyed staying here and can’t wait to stay here again next year.

Great Place!

Everything was as stated and it was even closer the ski on and ski off from the condo. Also only 5 minutes from the Hunter Lodge for dinner. We will definitely be back, if the snow cooperates!

Catskill getaway

Very comfortable condo was perfect for my getaway with my son and daughter-in-law from NYC. Easy access to local sites and quiet area to enjoy nature. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome time. The location was perfect for skiing. Place was very clean and exactly as it was described. Kids loved the street fighter game.

Perfect Family Ski Trip

Property was as described. Walking distance to ski slope. My kids loved the streetfighter arcade game and we all loved the fire place after a long day of skiing. Host was always available and quick to respond.

Great ski trip location!!!

Me and a friend had a wonderful time with our stay and I would recommend it to anyone. The sauna is great after a long day on the slops which are only a short walk from the front door. John was eqsy to reach and very helpful when we had questions or needed some help. If your looking for a great place for a ski trip then look no futher!

Great ski trip

The condo was exactly as described. Newly renovated and very clean. Beds were comfortable and house had everything we needed. Location was fabulous for getting on and off the mountain. Hosts were very quick to answer my questions and helpful. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, clean and well-equipped!

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay, and appreciated that all of the details had been considered in setting up the updated condo to be a home away from home for guests. Communication was great, the welcome booklet was thorough, and the space was very clean. It was also filled with many helpful amenities and extras (lots great books on the shelves for everyone!). We would definitely stay again.

Great place, great host!

The place was wonderful, so close to the lift (perfect for 5 yro), very clean and well-appointed. All the extras were great too, the sauna, grill, street fighter, sledding, books, games. We had to work a little bit so Internet speed was good and the desk was great to have. John was a very attentive and accommodating. thank you! We would stay again for sure!

Absolutely fabulous !!

The VRBO listing does not do this property justice. It is even better than we thought it would be. So warm, inviting and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. The hosts went over and above to make sure we had a fantastic stay. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was spotless. The location was so easy to get to the slopes. They provided sleds which our kids loved. All in all, this was one of the best places we ever rented. Thank you John & Mary

Amazing home! Will DEFINITELY be back!

This condo was amazing for our family of 5 plus my parents. It is such a welcoming home and so grateful for John and Mary for being such gracious hosts! Their home had everything we needed and the arcade was a HUGE hit with our kids. The location was PERFECT and getting to the slopes was really easy. Our 7 and 5 year old boys did the walk with no problem. Our 5 year old isn’t as good on a snowboard yet but was able to walk down the green trail with my husband with no problem. Definitely coming back again soon!

Family Birthday Celebration

My family went up to celebrate my dad’s birthday with skiing and some family connecting. The property was perfect! Clean. Hospitable. Comfortable. FAQs were answers in a neat and easy to read info packet. Also, the host was quick and detailed in their responses too! Easy access to the mountain even with limited snow. We had a blast! Hunter Revisit

Myself and a friend came up from Virginia to ski Hunter and Wyndham. I had skied these mountains many years ago. Conditions were great making for fun skiing. The rental exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and up to date. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unit that is a very short walk to a trail that goes down to a lift at Hunter. Truly 5 Stars.

First trip to Hunter Mountain

John and Mary's place was perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch every day. It was a short walk to ski, which is key when you have two young kids and you have to carry their skis and your skis. The bedrooms and living area on separate floors was also helpful when it came time to put them to bed. The full size washer and dryer and brand new hair dryer also a bonus! John was very accommodating and quick to respond to my messages. The whole processing of checking in and out couldn't have been easier. We will definitely come back!

Mary is a Nurse, and John works for a Software Company. We are married with 3 children. We love the outdoors, eating out at new restaurants, and hanging out as a family.

3 Main reasons. First, we wanted a place that captured the beauty of Hunter and the property and views of this condo complex are perfect. Secondly, when we come here as a family we want to maximize the time we have to spend together, so convenience was key. Being able to walk to the slopes to ski and snowboard, and being less than a mile from bars and restaurants made this location ideal. Lastly, we wanted to enjoy the outdoors but while inside we wanted a place that was new and renovated and comfortable.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You can go outside and start walking and feel like you are on a hike. You can walk right onto the slopes, ski, and come back for lunch without needing to go to the parking lot, pack up your stuff, drive home, etc. When we spend time here we want to maximize that time. Then when we are in the Condo the kids (and I) love playing the arcade game. The bedrooms being on a separate floor from the living room give you a quiet place to sleep without hearing others having fun in the unit upstairs. The open concept kitchen lets us cook while being involved in the fun and conversation. We really love everything about this place.
