You can park in front of the house - maximum 3 cars.
You need to provide all guests` name for access the main gate and all resort area. You can`t check in at the community without a registered name

OPTIONAL:
Pool Heat optional - US$ 35.00/day, minimum 3 days. Please require by the time you make the reservation, on your check in date or after we charge 30.00 to send someone to turn on, it takes 24 hours to heat up. No pool toys available.

BBQ FEES U$ 50.00 per 7 days. Must request in advance 2 days of your check in date.
