Edgewater T1 #609 - Lagoon Pool Tower

Edgewater 609 is a beautifully finished beachfront vacation condo in Panama City Beach with stunning views of the gulf and overlooks the Lagoon Pool of Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort's Tower I. The master bedroom features a king bed with floor to ceiling walls in the master bedroom sitting area to enjoy the sunrise or sunset while relaxing. The master also has access to the balcony overlooking the Lagoon Pool with beautiful beachfront views of the Gulf Of Mexico.

There are 2 queen beds in bedroom two with an additional sleeper sofa in the common area. Enjoy the comforts of home with two gorgeous full bathrooms, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and plenty of space for you and the family or friends. Unit 609 will become your annual vacation destination after spending a week at this beachfront condo!

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits you can find in a vacation rental condo with multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2024 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Must be 25 and over to rent this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach and check in on arrival day. If party checking in is under 25 they will be denied access.

The room was a disappointment. It had a smell of cigarettes that was attempted to be covered up. The kitchen table was old and falling apart and so were the chairs. Barely any silverware, 3-5 forks, maybe 5-6 spoons for a 2 bedroom condo that sleeps 6. We booked an entire week and were provided only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and that’s it. The master bathroom only had 2 towels for the entire week. No extra towels in cabinets. The bed was the worst part. I had the worst backache after sleeping in it. My husband and I both sank into the mattress and could barely even turn in the night. We called about it stating that something was off about the mattress and the owner of the condo was so rude, unprofessional and stated if we aren’t happy we can leave, this was 1 day into our weeklong trip. I do not recommend.

Condo was very clean, it was easy to book online. Check in and out easy. Owners respond quickly to any questions you may have. Will stay there again my next trip. It is located close to shops, and restaurants. You will love the view from the balcony.

It’s just ok

The place is nice and is clean, but kinda smelt a little stagnant when we arrived. The furniture is in good shape, but it kind of a dark condo and could use some extra lighting. We were sent the codes for early check in and we were allowed a 10:30 check out instead of the 9am check out time, so that was awesome. The host was supper communicative and helpful and quick to respond. They give you one roll of toilet paper and paper towels and one pack of laundry detergent and one pack of dishwashing powder. To me the condo is the bare necessities nothing spectacular.

Overall the property was well kept,but I expected the same cleanliness as the property we stayed at last year. That was not the case. The condo smelled of musk/mildew. I would’ve blamed this on the guest before but I don’t believe that was the case. I refused to wash any personal items in the washer due to the buildup of mildew along the edge of the washer itself. Every room had a very pungent odor. This was shocking because the last room that we stayed in,owned by the same group,was EXTREMELY well kept and so bright! This room had almost NO interior lighting.. so everything was very dim during our stay. The room loooed like it hadn’t been swept and our linens were questionable as if they were washed. The couch smelled horrible as I assume wet bathing suits had been on it. Overall,I believe it has potential but the wonders need to intervene and have a look for themselves.

Girls Trip

My girlfriends and I rented this condo for our annual girls trip. This is around year 14 that we have taken this trip together. We all agreed that it was one of our favorite places to stay. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We have already discussed booking it again for next year’s trip! I highly recommend this condo.

Loved this condo

We loved our stay, the condo was just as pictured. Super clean when we arrived. Had a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher cleaning pods. The beds were very comfortable. The view was so beautiful. Only things that would benefit from improvement- lighting, a/c control. The bed rooms and living area are quite dark and have no overhead lights and no ceiling fans. Also the a/c appears to be remotely controlled, and we were unable to adjust it. It was either too cold or too hot- especially when we were trying to sleep. The fan from a previous renter helped us tremendously. We did have trouble with our door code, but the owners responded so quickly and fixed it. This was a 5+ star stay, we would definitely stay here again, especially due to the view and how clean this condo was. Thank you for letting us rent your condo!

Comfortable accomodations and great views

This rental was just what we needed for our group of 4. We were comfortable and the location was wonderful. The property manager was very responsive and took care of things in a timely manner. We quickly realized upon our arrival there was only one washcloth provided in the condo, but a quick text to the manager and they had someone drop some off for us. We enjoyed our time and would rent here again.

Overall the stay was great. This was our 3rd trip to PBC in as many years and the 3rd different property (The Summit and Grand Panama) we have stayed at and our favorite so far. The condo was as advertised. The elevators in Tower 1 were great….I know that doesn’t sound like a big deal but it is. The only thing the condo was lacking for us were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The Nest thermostat was fixed at 73 degrees. Not sure if we could have asked to have it lowered but that would have been nice at night. I did buy a fan at Walmart that we left behind for future guests. Would definitely stay on property again.

Great location, it was great to sit with my morning coffee on the balcony and enjoy the view.

No issues at all with the condo, was as advertised. Definitely would consider renting again if heading to Panama City Beach again. Property Manager was great to work with.

New management group horrible

My friends & I have planned our annual beach trip at Edgewater for decades. We love not having to leave after our shopping day is done - great condos, great restaurant, great drinks, great beach, great pools. But new management group has added "additional fees" to EVERYTHING. Beach chairs are double the cost of last year - $40+/day. We had to pay $50.00 (that we were not told about when we booked) to get a parking permit for one car. And, all drinks had a "flavor fill" fee added. Not happy with the "unbudgeted" costs. May consider elsewhere next year.
