Perfection. Great place to stay! We had 2 families, total of 9 and the place fit us perfectly with one bedroom to spare. Easy walk to the beach, had all the beach gear we needed. Highly recommend this place!

Great place in a great location

Very nice. Several pools, including access to the fitness center which has a pool with a water slide. Great place. Perfect place for our three families to stay. There was 10 of us and we had two beds to spare. Very nice extended-family vacation spot.

Fabulous place for a family get-together

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of everything we would need: beach toys, beach gear, beds, cooking gead, and space :-). This location is very walkable to multiple beaches via a walking path. Very easy place to let kids get their wiggles out.

Large Family Dream Vacation Spot

This was the perfect place for our family of eleven, which included three generations (ages 10 to 70), to spend nine beautiful days on Kauai! The unit itself was in a great location, very clean and comfortable, well stocked and had everything we needed to jumpstart a memory making adventure for our family. And Shari was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to respond to any questions or needs we had. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great find!

Shari was so great to work with and responded to messages quickly! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our extended family stay, which included grandparents and two familes with a total of seven kids/teens. This place was an excellent home base for all our island adventures; I only regret we weren't able to spend more time there and use the awesome pools! Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic!

We loved our stay here! The kitchen was stalked. Dish soap and laundry soap provided. They owner was very friendly and accommodating. We love the location and the beaches at Poipu.

Kauai Dream Vacation

Beautifully situated expansive condo used by the family-six adults and five children, Everyone had plenty of space in this very well equipped condo. Close to Regency pools and six minute walk to Poipu Beach. Perfectly located to see every part of Kauai.Hard to leave!

Awesome property

This property exceeded all our expectations. This home was the most well equipped home we’ve stayed with kitchen supplies, beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, cart, snorkel gear, umbrellas, etc,), towels, etc. Beds were comfortable. Location is great with access to pools and beaches. There were 11 of us and we had everything we needed. Would definitely return.

This was our second time staying at this property. Both times we brought a group of 9 high school seniors. We loved all the space, they loved the pool and the ability to walk to the beach. the condo is well maintained. We stayed in 2013 and 2024 -- no evidence of wear in 11 years. Great place! Highly recommend for a large party.

Family reunion

The house was perfect for our family of 12. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a very awesome vacation. We arrived late so we didn’t get our parking passes into the cars until the next morning which resulted in a warning, but it was soon cleared and we had no further issues. Over all it was an excellent experience

Great stay

Overall we loved it. Does need some work on small things. For example, none of the patio doors locked (three total). Many of the Taps leaked. Minor things. Overall, we loved it. Excellent location.

Great Hawaii experience!

We had a wonderful experience in Kaua’i. This property was in a great location. The house was clean and accommodated the 10 adults very well. The house was well supplied, and they had plenty of beach equipment on hand which was helpful. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes from the house. It was a great beach for sunsets, snorkeling, turtle, whale, and seal sightings. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. The parking was convenient. Our one complaint was that the air conditioning did not work.

Great Property on Kauai

This was my family’s first visit to Kauai, so we weren’t sure where on the island to stay. We chose well. This condo was spectacular! We had 4 adults and 3 teens/kids and it was more than enough room for our family. It was the closest thing to a home away from home we’ve ever had in Hawaii. The living area was a bit smaller than we anticipated, but it certainly accommodate us with no big issues. And the condo has a/c on both levels. Just a wonderful experience all around! The location of the property in Poipu was close to beaches and excursions like ATV riding and not too far from tubing and snorkeling. Some of the best local restaurants are within a few minutes’ drive. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect multigenerational accommodations

Our clan of 8 rented after a last minute change of plans, and couldn’t have been more pleased. Location was perfect for all of us- walking distance to beaches (Po’ipu, Brennecke and Shipwreck)- pools for the kids to play in, fully stocked kitchen which we used each evening, even a/c for those of us who required an afternoon cool down. Plenty of room to spread out - could easily have accommodated another couple. Lots of beach gear, coolers, even a beach cart to share. Walking distance to a couple of happy hours which pleased the young adults. Something about 2 drinks/ 25 cent chicken wings. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Only thing missing was an ocean view from the lanai- but hey- can’t have everything. (Lanai from Master was peaceful though).

Not clean, not safe

We have been lucky enough to travel to Hawaii every winter for almost 35 years. We prefer to rent rather than have a time share or second home, we have have second homes and it's not worth the aggravation. I understand property management is very challenging, but this place needs a new property manager in my opinion.First, you can't check in until 4pm, and check out is 10am, 6 hours for cleaning? This is the only place we have ever stayed at that doesn't provide at least the first mornings coffee. We had to leave and to to the store to get coffee after a long days travel already.We inspected the water dispenser on the refrigerator for cleanliness, but there was actual mold and it had apparently never been cleaned. The property manager said she would have the cleaner come and clean it, but that did not happen. She did provide a new water filter, which I installed, but the actual dispensing part was still gross. We had to ask her to provide some basic cooking utensils for our family. There was no whisk, no large frying pan, no bowls other than cereal bowls. She did get everything but the whisk, plus a griddle we didn't ask for and never used.The door handle on the front door was loose and about to come off, but I got a knife and tightened it up as best I could. She sent a repair guy to use a screwdriver to really tighten it up, but someone (the cleaner?) should have pointed this out before. Lanai door off living room doesn't lock, I told her but she didn't even respond.

BEST VRBO EVER!!!! We've stayed at many VRBOs over the years but this was the best by far. The kitchen was well stocked with all types of pots/pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, tupperware for leftovers and anything you could possibly need to prepare meals. ALL the beds were super comfortable and the house was well stocked with towels, face cloths, laundry detergent and soap, shampoos, extra toilet paper, paper towels and anything else you expect to buy during your stay. The house was very clean well stocked for the beach. Beach towels, chairs and coolers were provided. And the pools were fantastic!! But I especially liked the balconies. It was great to have some quiet time reading away from the partying masses! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

It was a good location and accommodated our group very well.

It was expensive but everything has gotten a lot more expensive since our last visit to Kauai. But you can’t beat the beaches and temperatures!

Great Place

Great location, easy access to beaches shopping etc. Enjoyed the condo. Full-service kitchen with coffee pot etc.. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Enjoyed having the beach chairs and towels as well as the snorkeling gear. There were 10 adults in our family group, and we fit well here without crowding. Would recommend!
