Cleanliness and Maintenance We follow a detailed cleaning checklist before every arrival and address issues promptly when they are reported. During your stay, we repaired the toilet seat within two days and completed scheduled exterior improvements. We were not contacted about the additional cleanliness concerns mentioned in this review, and had we been notified, we would have gladly sent our team to resolve them right away. Requests During Your Stay You requested both a refund of the cleaning fee and to be moved to a different condo. The refund was respectfully declined, and unfortunately we were unable to relocate you due to availability at that time. Island Environment The property is located on Kaua’i, where free-roaming chickens and roosters are a common and unavoidable part of daily life across many neighborhoods. While we understand this can be disruptive for some guests, it is outside the control of any property owner or manager. Closing We value guest feedback and believe open communication during a stay is the best way to ensure concerns are resolved quickly.
