Amazing House, nice cost, have everything for the first days, full equiped with details.pool heated and worderfull.the only point that i missed is a barbecue with propane, have just with charcoal, but is liked announced. Worst it, very nice...

Great Location!

We had a great time at this house. It's in a perfect location central to most of the things we wanted to do in South Florida. The barking dog next door at 6:30 AM every day was unfortunate, but overall we had a great time!

Yearly Florida Trip

Air conditioner broke down so last two days very uncomfortable with the house being 85 degrees. Ants dominated the kitchen and pool area and pool was not clean a lot of debris and ants in the pool the screen did not work on getting them out.cold faucet in front bathroom did not work. I also believe that when you have multiple bathrooms there should be more than 1 roll of toilet paper as you would get that in a hotel.

Not as advertised

When we arrived at the house at 4pm, which was a scheduled time, the cleaners were still getting the place ready. We had to wait for 40 minutes outside. The swimming pool was not clean. The water circulated, but the filter was clogged and it was low on salt/chlorine, which resulted in murky water. In the 2nd bath the exhaust fan did not work and the tub did not drain properly. Some work was done on the interior, but it was unprofessionally done. Also it was very minimalistic: two rolls of toilet paper for our family of 7 for a week, for example...no hand soap, detergents provided.

wonderfully relaxing experience

I really enjoyed my stay at this vacation home. The host Jimmy is very kind, easy to reach out to and attending to all of our needs. The neighborhood was very friendly and very close to the shopping facilities. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience.

Excellent location, Top Tier Outdoor area

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, and the location was safe and very convenient. The check-in was easy, and the comfortable house had plenty of space. The highlight was the outdoor area, as the pictures represent. We spent most of our time out there, using the BBQ, swimming in the pool, or lounging on the furniture. What a great trip, I would recommend!

Great home for family!

Great backyard area!! Heated pool, grill, shade, sun and pool toys. The house was good however the backyard was perfect for our family. The owner was very responsive to our one inquiry.

Great for family relaxation

This was a fantastic house for days of relaxing by the pool with your family. In fact, we hardly spent any time inside at all! Owner is responsive.

Enjoyed the pool!

We had a really nice stay. The house was very minimal/simple but it slept all 8 of us just fine. The neighborhood was okay, nothing fancy but decent location to airport and beach. The backyard was a big hit. The pool was great and the sitting areas were nice. I will say the pool was a bit chilly considering it was heated (it was mid 80s outside all week) but the kids didn’t mind and definitely enjoyed it! The kitchen was well stocked (other than baking sheet as someone mentioned :)). Not too many extras like blankets or anything but we were just fine with that. Overall we had a great stay!

Rent this house for the pool.

If you are looking for a great back yard and a pool, rent this place! They were terrific. The only exception is that the owner says the pool is 85 degrees. While I didn't have a temperature gauge, it is not very warm at all. The house is meh. The furniture is minimal and not very comfortable (Ikea furniture). The master bath has only a closet...no dresser, so you have to live out of your suitcase...on the floor. Not very easy for the older folks. The kids' bedroom is just that. The twin mattresses are almost on the floor and this room does not even have a closet. We had an older couple in there and needless to say they didn't have much comfort. The main bathroom does not have a convenient towel hook...racks are across the room from the shower and the faucets in that bathroom dripped. I also had to wear my socks in the house because my feet became dirty on the floors otherwise. Finally, we wanted a very moderate temperature...70 to 72 degrees, but the thermometer gauge kept resetting to 75 to 77 degrees. We woke up sweating most nights.
