Great Location!

We had a great time at this house. It's in a perfect location central to most of the things we wanted to do in South Florida. The barking dog next door at 6:30 AM every day was unfortunate, but overall we had a great time!

Great home for family!

Great backyard area!! Heated pool, grill, shade, sun and pool toys. The house was good however the backyard was perfect for our family. The owner was very responsive to our one inquiry.

wonderfully relaxing experience

I really enjoyed my stay at this vacation home. The host Jimmy is very kind, easy to reach out to and attending to all of our needs. The neighborhood was very friendly and very close to the shopping facilities. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience.

Great pool

This was a small average home with basic features. Nice pool and backyard for relaxing with the family. The location is 15-20 min from downtown and beaches.

Excellent location, Top Tier Outdoor area

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, and the location was safe and very convenient. The check-in was easy, and the comfortable house had plenty of space. The highlight was the outdoor area, as the pictures represent. We spent most of our time out there, using the BBQ, swimming in the pool, or lounging on the furniture. What a great trip, I would recommend!

Family vacation

The place was very nice especially the back yard. We did have one minor issue that was resolved very quickly. It would be nice to give instructions how to heat the pool as described. And baking sheets would have been nice to use

Jimmy was very promped when I had to ask him a question. I texted him and he woul respond very quick

House is very roomy (just like the pictures) the pool and the entire yard was great. cooked on the grill almost everyday. I had the house for a week., stores are very close. I did some fishing on a charter which is also close by (20 min) as well as the beach. I will definitely would rent again.

Enjoyed the pool!

We had a really nice stay. The house was very minimal/simple but it slept all 8 of us just fine. The neighborhood was okay, nothing fancy but decent location to airport and beach. The backyard was a big hit. The pool was great and the sitting areas were nice. I will say the pool was a bit chilly considering it was heated (it was mid 80s outside all week) but the kids didn’t mind and definitely enjoyed it! The kitchen was well stocked (other than baking sheet as someone mentioned :)). Not too many extras like blankets or anything but we were just fine with that. Overall we had a great stay!

Yearly Florida Trip

Air conditioner broke down so last two days very uncomfortable with the house being 85 degrees. Ants dominated the kitchen and pool area and pool was not clean a lot of debris and ants in the pool the screen did not work on getting them out.cold faucet in front bathroom did not work. I also believe that when you have multiple bathrooms there should be more than 1 roll of toilet paper as you would get that in a hotel.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedbacks I will respond to your comments below 1.On Saturday May 11th you contacted us to complaint about A/C issues it was 11 :00 Am We had a extreme heat this week in Florida with a average 104 degres outside. I suggest to lower the temperature and that if it doesn’t go down to contact us again after coming back from you basket ball ball. You call again at 4pm by 6pm we were at the house fixing a very easy issue in less than 15 min. 2. Complaint about « Ants » in the pool even after the technician came you still complaint about pool not being clean when it was clean and I send you photo of the service. When show up at the house on Saturday we see nothing but a clean outdoor pool. 3. Paper toilet : You are right this is not a hotel but home we don’t refill toilet paper during your stay and everything that’s needed is sent to you prior arrival in the welcome book. 2 rolls of toilet papers provided at arrival if you need more yes you have to buy your own. We respond to all your request and did our best to respond to your requests during your stay.
