Entire home with a resort style pool. Close to beaches, shopping & resturants.

Home By The C is an open concept, one level home in a very nice neighborhood. The resort style heated pool is very private and is surrounded by tropical plants. The house has three large bedrooms, two with king beds and the third has two fulls. Two full bathrooms are included. One with a stand up shower, the other has a shower/tub combination. Guests have access to a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer.
There is ample seating out by the pool, including a covered area with ceiling fans. There are six loungers, a table with seating for six and patio seating for 10-12 people. We just upgraded the propance grill. There is also an outdoor shower.
The location is ideal. Private, yet close to shopping and the beach. Bahama Breeze resturant and The Funky Buddah brewery are just two of the places within walking distance. For fitness buffs, Planet Fitness and LA Fitness are within walking distance.
For those with little ones, there is a pack and play, a stroller, a high chair, a crib and a playpen available for use.

Check in was very easy. Kitchen had everything we needed but a can opener.My so was ecstatic about the grill outside because he has the same grill. Overall very nice stay. Love the backyard

Great condo, great location!

We loved the private pool area, it was perfect! Condo was clean and a perfect size for the 4 of us. Super close to all the amenities needed, Lyfts to Lauderdale by the sea we're quick and convenient! Wonderful place, would definitely stay again!

Fabulous home/Backyard Paradise

This home was all we'd hoped for and more! Conveniently located close to several beaches and shopping and the heated backyard pool and area made it a vacation dream! My family all commented on putting this on our "visit again" list for the future.

Home away from home

This home was very well appointed, and the back yard was an absolute oasis! We spend most of our time in the backyard and pool. We loved the location as it is close to pretty much anything you would need while staying here. Great property.

Perfect Family Home

Home was exactly as described. Grandchildren loved the very clean and warm pool. Outdoor space was large and enjoyable with lovely landscaping. Inside was very comfortable and very clean. Plenty of parking. Location was very convenient to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend this home.

Our Stay

Great place ! Very clean and well stocked. Would absolutely stay again . My only complaint is that we have a service dog and we were still charged a pet fee! This is against state and federal law !

Short stay before cruise

There was 7 of us, 5 adults 2 teens. Home was perfect for our group. Good location. Close to stores and restaurants. 10 min drive to beach. House was clean but had a weird smell to it. Possibly pet urine!? Otherwise, everything was great.

Very impressed with property...especially things like the small details of giving a "starter bag" of toilet paper/paper towels, dishwashing/laundry pods, etc. This made my day! Also, the light switches were marked....very helpful. All items there that you think you could possibly need. Fantastic location...close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. It is just an awesome place...could not have asked for anything better!

Overall okay…

Check in was ok, I had to call management because I couldn’t get in with the code provided. Overall cleanliness was good minus the eyelash found in the shower from prior guest and water bugs. We were given a bag with paper towels, soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent, that was a very nice gesture. The house has plenty of towels and the beds are comfy. Location was perfect, close to everything! The pool was so much my family really enjoyed it. The only negative was at checkout I was told to leave earlier than expected so I had to spend additional money to cover the time difference from check out and my flight since I was traveling with kids. So I spent the last night trying to book the hotel and messaging the owner, which took away from family time.

Leslie, we are glad you stayed with us. Hopefully, you will come again and if you do we will extend a discount. Home By The C's normal check out is 11am. Your checkout was extended to 1pm, which would be considered a late checkout. We could not do anything later as we had other guests arriving later that day.

Conveniently located and good value for the money.

Our stay was for six weeks, and we give the home a 4/5. As our stay was for mostly work purposes vs. a vacation, we had communicated with the owner prior to the stay to follow-up on concerns raised by prior guests and was assured all was in working order and it was. As we had an extended stay, it was critical the home be conducive to preparing most of our meals. We alerted the owner that the pots/pans were unusable, and they were replaced about halfway into our stay. The gas grill worked fine. The kitchen is small, but sufficient unless cooking a big/complicated meal. The house was well stocked (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags). The living area was comfortable and Internet connectivity was excellent. The location is very convenient as stores like Publix and Target were about a 10-minute walk and the beach about 1.5 miles. The best part of the house is the backyard/heated pool and its privacy. There’s an awning off the back of the house that runs the width of it so there’s ample shade. The pool got sun well into the mid-afternoon hours which was great. The outside dining and seating areas, which are under the canopy, were enjoyable and we ate most of our meals outside. The house’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms were small, but adequate and this is typical for this style home. The largest bedroom, which appears to be a converted garage, was what we used as the master though it didn’t have a bathroom. While the mattresses we’re ok, they probably should be replaced. Though we mostly used just one of the three bedrooms, unless we had a guest, we noticed that several of the blinds were missing the “handle” to open/close them and thus needed to be twisted by hand. Overall, we’d say the house is ideal for shorter stays for a variety of reasons including that there’s limited storage space in the bedrooms and almost no space in the kitchen cabinets for storing food. An easy fix the owner could make is to put a free-standing closet/pantry in the room off the kitchen, which is also where the washer and dryer are located. The space is certainly large enough for something that’s three feet wide and 12-18 inches deep. The value for the money was good compared to what some of our friends paid for comparably sized homes with pools.

Great Stay!

I traveled for my 43rd with family. We loved the property. It was exactly as described on the listing. The back yard with pool was very relaxing and serene. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly as well. We actually chatted with a few while walking. The beach is a mile away & there are an assortment of stores & shops nearby. The owner is very responsive with any & all inquiries/ questions. Great property! Great host! Would definitely recommend and would book again!

The back yard pool and surroundings are the perfect spot to relax and forget your worries.
