This is for a private stay of 1 Private Side of a 2 Unit Duplex on Blackwater River. Guests may be assigned either side of the duplex for their stay based on Availability.

This cozy duplex includes a private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a full kitchen located in a Quiet Basin on the Blackwater River. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, kayaking, & fishing dock. Offers Peaceful Surroundings & a comfortable stay in a walkable neighborhood. Convenient to Downtown Milton by car or boat, it's close to bike trails & only 30 minutes to Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, or Downtown Pensacola.

Each side has a private driveway and separate entrance with a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom and the 2nd bedroom with 2 Full-Size Beds.

Gather inside in the comfortable Living room, Kitchen Island, or outside around the Outdoor Fire Pit.

Great Location, Convenient to I-10, Shopping, Dining and Beaches. Walkable Neighborhood. Fantastic Scenery and Peaceful Neighborhood.

Shared spaces include the front yard, back yard, fire pit, and outdoor furniture. Kayaks, fishing gear, and hammock are shared items.

The Ideal place to make cherished memories for years to come.

ONE Small, Friendly Dog MAY be allowed if $ 25 Pet Fee is Paid Prior to Check-In. Owners must Keep Pet OFF the Furniture while Inside, ON a Leash While Outside and Clean up after Pets Inside and OUT.

Beautifully landscaped property.very clean comfortable accommodations. Fireflies and dragonflies are everywhere. The local wildlife was a pleasure to see. Quiet and unbelievably peaceful. 10/10

Great property

This place was fantastic! So clean and comfy. The back yard was private with a view of the river. The location is not within walking distance of anything, but we could easily drive to the store and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked and we used it to cook several meals. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great clean and comfortable place.

Host was very gracious to our family in accommodating my entire family during our move across the country. Property and dock was amazing for my boys and I to fish and watch turtles from. Home was very neat and clean with comfortable beds (comfy beds was a huge plus!!!) Overall great experience and would recommend to others!

Short stay

Came to Milton for my Nephews graduation. Fins Left was perfect. Very comfortable and private, yet close to everything. I would definetly recommend.

Has everything you need, great view. Woke up late for check out & didn’t have time to pick up much so was added an extra cleaning fee which was reasonable. The code to get in comes through an automated system but mine didnt so I had to message the host.

Perfect!

My spouse and I are actually locals. We were looking to get away for a couple days. This place was very clean and in a great location for us. The check-in/out process was simple. We greatly appreciated the snacks that were waiting us when we arrived! There was only one negative, and that was there was not enough pots for cooking. However, we would definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay!

I had a very relaxing experience at this wonderful home. It is somewhat secluded and quiet, yet close to all the places you want to go. Neighbors are really nice. You can fish, watch the stars, very peaceful. Had all the amenities, great hosts. I recommend highly!

Nice house, huge yard!

Great place to stay where kids could get out and play in the huge yard. Kayaks and life vests for paddling, fishing pole provided, fire pit and wood for campfire (may need to bring kindling). Kitchen loaded with utensils. Great stay, even with a bit of helicopter noise from nearby little airport.

The place to be!

Kim was amazing with communicating. The property is just how it’s listed! Lake was beautiful, the kayaks and fishing poles were the perfect touch! Didn’t get the chance to use the grill or fire pit but both were nice! There is an small plane airport very close but only time I noticed it was outside and it was actually nice watching the fly around. It’s great that she keeps her cleaning supplies accessible for sweeping beach sand out while there. The hammock is my fave! I almost fell asleep … twice. Had a chance to briefly meet the owners. Very nice and welcoming! Short drive to Milton / a cute little town with a small river walk and just a bit further to UWF. We will be back! Thanks again!
