Welcome to my modern beach house in Seaside,Oregon. Beach access less than a block away from the front door. In the main house is a fully equipped kitchen, livingroom, TV, dinning area, full bathroom, and bedroom with bunkbeds. The second floor is the master bedroom with queen, full bath with jetted tub, TV and view of the ocean.
The detached private studio, just steps from main house, has secure entrance, queen bunk bed, full bath, kitchenette, dinning table, big screen TV, and office space. Also included in the house is Washer and Dryer. Highspeed Internet. Outdoor shower, Dog Friendly.

Great location close to the north end of the prom. We were easily able to walk to shops. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Thank you for providing kitchen hand towels, trash bags, dish and dishwasher pods. Having 3 bathrooms with plenty of towels was nice. The studio had a large table for games and plenty of soda seating. I love having a washer and dryer when at the beach. The extra beach equipment was fabulous. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and more with a cart to tote it to the sand! If you have a dog, they would also enjoy extras just for them.

Great Basketball weekend!!

Great location with a 1min walk to the beach and 10min walk to seaside stores. Cozy and my kids loved having their own hangout place in the studio. Great for teens to enjoy their own space, but not ideal for littles being it’s not connected to the house. Loved the deck area too! Owner was amazing and easy to reach. Would love to come back in the summer. But we lucked out with full sun all weekend!!!

A must place to stay when you’re in Seaside

The pictures that are shown do not do this property justice. It is very beautiful and an accommodates many people which makes it really nice. You feel like you each have your own space. We will definitely be back thank you.

Seaside Spot 4 Life

Great location and clean house to stay in. I’d recommend this location to anyone who likes a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with close access to the beach. The owner was communicating before and during the stay with helpful ideas and replied to questions in a timely manner. Aside from subpar weather it was a great weekend.

Fabulous Place with all the little extras

We loved this place. A place to spend the time between Christmas and New Years with our family. Great location. Quiet. Just a short walk to the beach. And I mean SHORT! The house had lots of little ‘extras’ to make it feel cozy. From additional charging cables for your phones to popcorn for movie night. It was well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed (including a crockpot). We used the studio for our ‘game’ and movie area. Lots of toys, beds, and a treat for our small dog. Communication was amazing! We will definitely come again

Cozy Thanksgiving Weekend Retreat

The Sand Cassel is the quintessential cozy and spacious beach cottage - with all the amenities, and it was great to have the detached studio so we could all get our own space as well! Just to be nice, the host Jim provided us with a ton of Thanksgiving cooking supplies (Turkey Baster, roasting pan, tin foil etc.) not to mention, the house is stocked with every kitchen utensil/ appliance you might need. I also appreciated that we had available to us, almost every major streaming network. We wanted to watch our favorite 80s holiday movies, and we were able to watch them all! The proximity to the beach is also a major plus. Beach access is at the end of the road. As well as a garage full of beachy items (sand toys, beach towels, soccer balls). 10/10 would stay here again

A wonderful beach get away

James has a beautiful home with amazing proximity to the beach! The house was stocked with everything we could think of and more! Having the beach so close it was easy to enjoy my morning cup of coffee there. My mother celebrated her birthday on our trip and James made it extra special with champagne and birthday decorations waiting for us! There is also so much to do in the house itself, from games to sand castle building supplies. We have a toddler and she had plenty to keep her busy our whole stay.

Seaside-stay at the Sand Cassell

Great vacation at a great house. The accomodations were outstanding. The owner has assured a wonderful stay by providing all the odds and ends that made our stay enjoyable. This is a top of the line residence with everything provided for. Location is a short walk to the beach, easily accessible to town and other attractions. We are looking forward to reserving our stay for next year.

Great Beach House Experience

We were expecting a nice stay because of the favorable reviews. However, we were more than thrilled after we arrived because of the beach house vibe and modern rustic feel of the house and property. It had everything we needed and very comfortable for all guests. We didn’t want for anything. It was perfect! The beach was a quick walk and the boardwalk was close. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway

I highly recommend this place, easily one of the top rental houses We’ve been in. Location is a short walk from the beach, also less than a mile puts you in downtown. Clean house, every detail is thought out. Need pans to cook a meal? All you need is there. Need extra towels, got them. Kleenex? Check. Toys for the beach & beach chairs? Also there. Family games? Got those too. Coffee, tea, spices, paper plates? All the little things you might have forgot are waiting for you. Super responsive owner for those obtuse queries I think of, James was on top of it. I really appreciated his attention to details, and a super considerate host! The short stroll to the beach was really a highlight, I’ve seen a lot that say “close to the beach” that end up being a 10 min walk but this is really just a block to sand. That was a real highlight for my kids - as well as the game studio huge bunk beds & spacious tubs.

Can’t say enough good things about this house. Perfect for our family reunion. The house was very clean and comfortable. Loved all the pet friendly aspects and extra touches. The kitchen and appliances were amazing. Location was perfect with easy access to the beach and to downtown. Loved the apt above the garage. So much room!! James was a super host and we can’t wait to come back.

Felt renting 2 homes for the price of 1!

The entire family enjoyed this home. The kids absolutely loved built in beds. I loved sending the kids to the apartment above the garage while the baby slept in the main house. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Seaside home

The owner was very responsive and even took the time to check on the passes when we had a delay and were going to arrive late. The home was perfect for our needs, clean and inviting. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a peaceful beach get away.

Unparalleled Restful Coast Visit

The location was near a quiet part of Seaside Beach. The house was clean. The amenities were well thought out in the kitchen, the bathrooms, for dogs, for evening gaming. Sometimes, the photos and description don't match the posting. Not the case here. Loved the gated porches. I definitely recommend this for a couple or a small group of family or friends. The communications were often, clear and very helpful Thank you.

Perfect all around!

We had a great experience, plenty of space for everyone and the house was well stocked. Only a 10-15 min walk to the hub of Seaside, we will book this house again for sure!

Comfortable and Convenient

My daughter formed a small group of teen girls to play a soccer-in- the-sand tournament and needed a place to stay. We were late looking and were so relieved to find this house, it fit us perfectly. The main house is comfortable and contains everything you need. The ADU/loft over the garage is PERFECT for small groups and was great for the teens to basically have a weekend sleepover together. (There are 2 queen built-in bunk beds, a bathroom, and a kitchenette in there, so the adults could stay out of their hair). The host, James, was easy to communicate with; I really appreciated his flexibility. The weekend was a success and I highly recommend this place.

Great House

This house was great place to stay while working in Seaside. Close to the beach and a short walk/drive to Broadway to grab food or the grocery store. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic.

Wonderful location and home!

Excellent home and fun floor plan! Right on the beach and close to downtown! The owner was wonderful and accommodating even left us a nice bottle of wine to enjoy! The house was completely stocked with everything you needed and lots of games and movies for the kids! We will definitely return to this specific home! Thank you!

Wonderful House, Location!

Highly recommend this wonderful place for family or couples! Owner had everything setup and ready. James was thorough and communication was spectacular throughout our stay. We brought our little dog which was awesome too 😊 Highlights: studio apartment was AMAZING! Was perfect for our teenager. The atmosphere and decor was modern, clean and felt like we were at home. The kitchen was equipped with Viking appliances and gas stove!! Kitchen also had aluminum foil, spices and coffee. Has beach chairs, soccer ball, football and even dog toys and leash which we appreciated. 3 TV's, all Smart TV's which was great to have. We highly recommend this house for its spot-on location, cleanliness, pet-friendly and newness of the home. Thank you James for a wonderful stay, we are already planning our next trip!!

Excellent family vacation home

This house is ADORABLE. 3 houses from the beach. Great rental. Very clean and a very communicative host. Close to everything and has everything you need to enjoy some time at the coast. Jim has done an amazing job making this place feel luxurious and cozy. The location is really good, it took us about 10 minutes to walk to Broadway (downtown). This made it really convenient so we didn't have to find parking or worry about having a few drinks.Jim was great and let us check in early since they didn't have another guest checking out and that made our trip a lot easier. We would definitely rent again.

Less than one block away from the beach. Two blocks away from the promenade which leads you to downtown Seaside attractions. The location of this home is inside Seaside city limits, centrally located to restaurants and shopping, but far enough out of town to have privacy and less crowded beaches.
