This Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Ocean Villa is situated on the 4th Floor of the Atlantis Building, within the Oceanfront Island Club Gated Community. It has been completely updated and offers breathtaking Oceanfront Views and inspiring Sunrises.

The Ocean View Living Room features comfortable updated furnishings, a Large 55" Flat Screen TV, and a Private Oceanfront Balcony with ample seating. The open floor plan includes a Dining Area seating 6, a fully Equipped Kitchen, and Laundry.

The Oceanfront Master Suite is furnished with a King bed, 50 in Smart TV, and a Private Bath with Glass Shower. In the Guest Bedroom, you will find a Queen and a Twin bed, a 43 inch Smart TV, and a Private Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Enjoy your days at the Beach, relax by one of the 3 Terraced Pools, Splash with the little ones in the Zero Entry Baby Pool with Mushroom Fountain or enjoy 1 hour per day of FREE Tennis at any of the 9 Tennis Courts. Perfect family condo/resort

We LOVE this resort! Amenities are great for family! Best beach access we have had! The mats for rolling carts are a must. Only suggestions would be better wifi connection, mattresses, and fix the ice maker. The decor and set up was perfect. We will be back!

The only thing we weren’t too happy with was our ice maker was broken. We had to keep buying bags of ice for our cooler. I did call a couple of times to get it fixed. Overall a good experience.

Spectacular Ocean View

I stayed at Island Club last year and really enjoyed the overall property, so I booked there again. The walk to the beach is short and the pool is accommodating for all ages. Other than the view, I appreciated the cleanliness of the unit. The kitchen had a good assortment of things that one might need while in vacation. However, a previous review stated there was a Keurig, but we never saw it. My husband and I do not drink the same coffee, so we went out every morning which was a small disappointment. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit too firm for me, but my husband did not mind it. The master bedroom ran warmer than the rest of the condo and this was a bit of an issue at night. If I turned down the air too low, my dad became cold in the other room. Furniture in living room could use cleaned and sat a bit too low for my 74 year old father. I called the rental company to inquire about the beach towels that came with the property and he apologized and brought them within an hour. All in all, this was a great trip to Hilton Head! I love the location and the view!! We will return!! We tried a new restaurant called Nectar and we loved the freshness of the food!

This unit is perfect, it's clean and updated with a beautiful view. One of the toilets was not working upon arrival. I called Beach Properties after hours and no one answered but then I received a text and was able to arrange for a plumber to come make the fix within a hour or two. Seamless and easy! No other issues whatsoever.

Great Beach Condo

The condo was wonderful, very clean, and we had a beautiful view of the beach from our porch. Great convenient location to many restaurants and shopping. Plenty of towels and kitchen was fully stocked with whatever pot or pan we needed to use. Our only negative was that it was very busy at the condo complex. We never had an issue finding chairs at the pool, but the pool was small and had so many people in it every time we went. We would stay again though.

The towels, beach chairs in the place were a nice touch (they have boogie boards as well). Kitchen had essentials, no extras or welcome gifts. Email communication w property mgmt went unresponded prior to trip and was a bit rough in coordinating check out. Stairs could certainly get a old going up and down. There are elevators, fairly close, can be quick or run slow. The view from the deck though is quite pleasant.

Great Stay

Kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. we appreciated the 2 coffee makers - Keurig and drip/regular. Beds were a little hard but fine. 2nd bedroom had a queen and twin which was great. I did not catch that in the original description.View from balcony was really nice. The only two things I would point out is that it is a little loud. You can hear people shutting their doors and other units and other regular noises. If you’re a light sleeper, I would bring a sound machine or fan. Is the balcony had a high top table and two chairs that were fairly comfortable, but the other two chairs were plastic and not comfortable. The owner could definitely upgrade and replace an ad to regular comfortable chairs or that balcony. The property amenities were nice. We use the tennis courts. And the pool. If you are interested in tennis or pickle ball, I would definitely call to make reservations for classes or lessons A week or two prior to your arrival.Overall, I would definitely rent this unit again.

Loved It!

Loved this Island Club unit. The unit was well appointed from top to bottom including the starter kit of supplies. The only thing that was missing was coffee..LOL. We loved all of the finishes throughout the unit with great touches in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We’vre stayed in the island numerous times and loved this location as well. The location of the unit was just as described in the photos as well as the ocean views. The complex looks a bit dated overall, but, the unit really makes up for it. The only “negatives” would be that the sofa felt a little cheap and uncomfortable to sit on, the linens/towels were a bit on the cheap side as well, and the king bed was comfortable, but, seemed to make a lot of noise with the box spring when shifting around. These are small details for what was a great stay that we actually tried to extend. Property management was responsive to a couple of special requests before and during our stay. Highly recommend this unit to anyone…

July vacation

Check in process was seamless. We love the entry by code to the room instead of a key. This made it very easy with different family members use of the room during the day. We have stayed in this same condo 2 other times. We really like the condo, that’s why we have come back. I did have a few concerns this time. The over cleanliness of the room was not as good this time. When we turned down the queen bed in the second bedroom there was money in the bed. So we questioned whether or not the sheets had been changed and laundered. That is concerning. The master bathroom had a urine smell to it. We cleaned and sprayed but at times you could still get that smell. I wonder if the commode plunger was part of that smell. The air conditioning worked well except the master bedroom never felt as cool. We tried to vaccum, the wheels were tore up on the vacuum cleaner and would not turn. The broom needs replaced. It barely had any bristles in it. Over we love this condo, but I would suggest investigating into the housekeeper. Not sure you are getting quality work from that employee. Love the location and the condo complex. Our grandson loved the kitty pool. The blue mat to the beach is a life savor. I would suggest maybe having black wash clothes for make up removal. That would save a lot of White washcloths.

Perfect place for beach access and ocean view

The unit is located in the 4th floor of Building 3 in Island Club (one of the slanted buildings). The pictures don’t do justice; the ocen view (despite being at an angle) is great thanks to the large green space between buildings. It’s a 2-minute walk to the beach. The unit has a nice size family room and kitchen (we didn’t do any serious cooking but there are quite a few pots and pans). Small washer/dryer unit located inside is very convenient. Soap, shampoo etc provided is very limited so make sure you stop by wal-mart before checking in. Beach towels were provided although we really didn’t need them. We rented lounge chairs at the beach which was very convenient. Close enough to whole foods, wal-mart, etc though you certainly need a car to get to those. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Would stay here again if I go back to this island…
