The Space:

During your stay at this bright rental villa, you can fish at the lagoon, swim at the community pool, work out at the fitness center, or play tennis on one of the nine tennis courts. You'll have convenient, direct beach access as well. If you have children, you can take them to the zero-entry children's pool or the playground.



Hilton Head's mild climate makes this villa a year-round destination for getaways, festivals, and cultural events. Easy entry to the community gets you to the numerous cafes and shops on the island. Manicured walkways lead you to the beach, pool complex, hot tub, and sports courts within minutes.



The condo's kitchen has wide counters and comes fully equipped, which makes preparing meals simple. The spacious living room has a 50-inch flatscreen TV and offers ample seating with a pull-out sofabed. Each bedroom in the condo has a flatscreen TV and at least one large bed, while the primary bedroom provides direct access to the wide patio. The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Great Week

Our stay was exceptional. We love the island. We enjoy all the dining options, shopping, nature. The complex has plenty of things to do. The only complication we experienced was cooler than normal weather, but that isn’t within our control. We had a great week.

Close to the beach!

Easy check in. Kitchen fully stocked with pans/utensils, (but no items like salt or oil like many other rentals have. Clean. It’s harder to find a place to stay that is closer to the beach.

Wonderful stay

Needs many updates. Indoor and outdoor furniture is more dated than many other condos on the property. Not many amenities inside the kitchen area and bathrooms. Beds were stiff but not unbearable. Beautiful views and everything on the property of Island Club is always well kept.

Location is great

The location is close to the beach and pools. Furniture is outdated and the rugs need a deep cleaning. Also, the sofa couch did not have linens. This was communicated to guest service but was not resolved in a timely manner making it necessary for us to purchase the items. We were reimbursed for this.

The resort was amazing! The pools we're good the hot tub and the 6in pool was out of order while we was their but the kids loved the other two pools still!.... We was close to the beach and the grounds are absolutely beautiful..... Our condo was very dated but over all comfortable. The second bathroom medicine cabinet was nasty but other then that the place was clean. And it had a beautiful view of the ocean... We would come back here.

We loved the location and have stayed in several different units within complex. This unit by fa...

Love the location and amenities. They gym, hot tub and pool are very nice. We have stayed in the several units throughout the years but Unit 3304 was has been the least desirable. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom would not work and several days during the week there was heavy construction in the unit directly below. We will definitely be going back but to a much more desirable unit.

Hilton Head Condo

Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this condo. The condo has not been redone an could a refresh. The view from this condo is great, really awesome. Pictures in the listing dont give the view the credit it deserves. Actually it is on the South Side of the building so gets a good evening wind and no morning sun, a direct view over an open space to watch the kids play, great view of the playground, and while sitting on the patio can look out to the ocean. Overlooking this property needs an update, the facility is amazing, property is very well taken care of, and the view is awesome!

First time in Hilton Head

Room was nice but dated. Parking and elevators were close and easy to get in and out of. We never waited on an elevator. It was a short walk to the beach. You could see the ocean from the balcony. I googled how to check dryer vent for lint because dryer wasn’t drying. On the stackables it’s inside on the back wall. It was so full I don’t think it has been changed in 6 months to a year. I wish I would have taken a picture of the lint I got out. The cleaners need to be checking that as it is a fire hazard.
