Cocoonr offers you this charming 90 m² house in Semussac to rent for up to 6 people. It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: bunk bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- 15 m² veranda

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful, private, enclosed garden of 400 m², south-facing
- A south-facing terrace (approx. 15 m²) with furniture to make the most of the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Semussac, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
