Executive Rental - 4 bed, 4 bath fully furnished home W/L2 EV Charging Station

This house is a dedicated short term rental house, designed for relaxing after a busy day in Omaha. The house is very spacious with plenty of room to gather together and enjoy each other or to spread out and unwind. Our house is able to comfortably accommodate a large family or multiple families/friends.

Recently remodeled 4 bed/4 bath fully furnished home. This spacious 2 story home is located in a friendly neighborhood. Home has an attached 2 car garage. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people in the beds, but will accept up to 12 people (Additional nightly fee) with 2 queen size, Aerobed air mattresses, upon request.

Home has whole-house WIFI for all of your streaming needs. Main floor has beautiful dark hardwood floors throughout. Also has a kitchen/dining room, 2 large living room areas w/fireplaces, half bath room & a wet bar.

2nd floor has 4 large bedrooms including a master bathroom & 2 full bathrooms, 1 of which has a walk-in tub. Bathrooms all have quarts countertops. 2 of the bedrooms have king size beds in them.

Our VRBO home is kid friendly and we can offer a pack n' play and/or high chair free of charge, upon request.

Centrally located a minute from the Dodge Expressway, which will take you just about anywhere in Omaha in 10-15 minutes. Convenient to all kinds of shops, restaurants, sporting events, tourist sights and walking/biking trails.

There is a private use L2 EV charging station installed in the garage.

This home is perfect for your Omaha weekend get away.

Omaha stay

Very clean and roomy house. Easy access to Dodge, I-80 and 480. Two families stayed and was great to have the room and 4 bathrooms. Fenced in backyard. Would highly recommend for parties 6-8.

A nice home in Omaha

We were in need a place close for family to visit my mother-in-law and this place was perfect. It was really cold so the two car garage was extra special.

Omaha LSU Tigers

Four of us seniors from Baton Rouge stayed in Sean’s house for the finals of the CWS. Our tigers won!! Sean was incredibly responsive, gave us great suggestions, even had an HVAC guy come out to do some adjustments on the A/C on the hottest days of the year in Omaha. The house was perfect for us, and will definitely stay there again if we get to Omaha next year. Even had a flag poll to hang our LSU flag! Thanks Sean!!!

Family over Thanksgiving

Amazing stay at this location. Sean was incredible with great communication. The place was amazing! Over the top prepared for guests with plenty of towels, blankets, sleeping locations, pots, pans, utensils, and more. The place was immaculate and very well furnished. Definitely a go to place again when we come into town!

Amazing!

Thank you for early check-in! We were exhausted after an early morning flight. Sean responded promptly to messages. We locked ourselves out of the home and he came quickly to open the home! So thankful, for this beautiful place for our first visit to Nebraska! The home was equipped with everything we needed to eat in on the times we did not want to dine-out! The home was so clean and cozy!

Great house, great location!

We were in town for a wedding. Conveniently located, so it was easy to get to all the venues Big enough for 6 of us to hang out during the down time, and get ready for festivities!

Great Location

This house has a good location— close to grocery stores, coffee shops etc. Its also easy to get to the main streets and interstate in Omaha. Liked that two of the bedrooms had king sized beds!

Excellent property choice

We were extremely pleased with this property. It was very clean and up to date and had all the amenities we could need. They have a large backyard and plenty of room for our family to get together. Communications with the owners were prompt and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The home is very well laid out and spacious. Perfect for family gatherings. It was clean, has lots of windows and natural light and is in a great neighborhood! Host was very responsive and we would definitely stay again. I would recommend giving this property top consideration!

Home Away From Home

The minute you walked in (and took off your shoes) it felt like home. Everyone in the whole family couldn't believe the gem we found! We will definitely make this our home everytime we gather in Omaha with family.

My wife & are both born & raised in Omaha. We have lived in the same neighborhood as this VRBO property since 2011. We have 5 children, 4 girls & 1 boy, who you will most likely see outside playing with the other neighbor kids on just about any given day. We absolutely love the neighborhood, as we think you will as well.

The neighborhood is centrally located and with the Dodge expressway & interstate being a couple minutes away, we are convenient to just about everything in Omaha.

My wife & I have owned a couple rental houses in the past, but this house is our 1st fully furnished rental. A great opportunity came along to buy this house in the same neighborhood as us and we loved the idea of a fully furnished, short term lease house, so here we are...

We put in a lot of work on this house, adding many updates, such as beautiful wide plank hardwood floors, new big, bright windows, carpet, new tile where needed, many new doors.

The house is very spacious, able to comfortably accommodate a large family, multiple families or multiple business collogues.

Whether on business or pleasure, this house has what you need. After a busy day, you can relax in 1 of the 2 large living rooms. One other unique feature this house has is there are 2 full size bathrooms on the 2nd floor (Those with multiple kids understand how important that is...). One of the full size bathrooms has a jetted walk in tub that is also perfect for relaxing & taking a soakie...
