Great location and brilliant access to the beach. Lovely outdoor space in apartment and access via gate to outside and beach very easy. Parking space very useful but requires skill to park when other spaces are fullWould use again. Thank you

What a wonderful apartment! All the equipment and furnishings seemed brand new, and the property had everything you could need for either a pool day or a beach day, including good-quality chairs and an umbrella.The only minor issue was that the key to the main building was a little difficult to use. Luckily, a resident kindly gave us the code for the electronic entry system, which made getting to the pool much easier. The floor was also a little sandy when we arrived, but I simply gave it another clean, so it wasn't a major issue.Overall, this was a fantastic property for the price. The location was excellent, and the private underground parking was a real bonus. The parking space is quite tight, a standard-sized car fits, but you may struggle with a larger SUV.

El Paraiso de la Mata is a very nice quiet, comfortable apartment with almost everything you need. We particularly liked the double front terrace but feel it could benefit from an awning for the top terrace. It’s just a few minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach, bars and restaurants. A few more minutes walk to the La Mata Wednesday Market (Av. Francia). The wi-fi and everything worked well. We were very pleased to have use of the garage, but agree with Leigh that it’s quite tight and better suited to a standard-sized car. A thank you from us to previous guests who left washing-up detergent and hand soap, though personally I think this should be provided together with a crockery/glass drying towel/hand towel. Also a nice welcome gesture would be a bottle of cold water and some milk in the fridge. The sink plug in the main bathroom doesn’t fit, it needs a new plug that fits properly.My pet disappointment and this is a common problem: The owners kindly provide a coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine – but there are NO operating instructions on how to use them. Also they have provided some dishwasher detergent but nothing for the washing machine. It doesn’t need a lot, just enough for a couple of washes. Maybe also some general spray cleaner.

I really do t like giving bad reviews but in this case I feel I need to give my opinion on this apartment . On arrival we were met by a pleasant man to give us the keys and spoke no English . So not really able to understand anything he said . He just gave us the keys and indicated he would return to collect keys as arranged check out day . We feel the owner misleads clients with photos of apartment , it is not really a true representation of the apartment . The owner listed it as 100 meters from beach , incorrect , it is close but not 100 meters . They also mislead me I feel with their photos giving the impression of a lovely balcony with a beautiful view , incorrect ! The view in photo over the sea is from the roof top ! To get to here you have to take the lift and then walk up two flights of stairs . The access to roof top is out from apartment onto street and then into building and up in lift, then a further 2 lots of stairs carrying a chair !! The access to the pool shown in the owners photos is accessed by coming out of the apartment into street then going into the building with a key , walking through building out to pool , which was locked with no access due to which looked like a green film covering the water . There was a smaller pool we were able to use but was very busy and not a lot of room to sit . ( bring own chairs ) Outside space not private and directly in a road . Lots of dust. Parking available but very tight space Owner did not reply to any me
