AMAZING Sunsets! Relax in the large pool. Huge outdoor screened lanai with 30 x 13' pool/and sun shelf. Enjoy eating outside everyday at the counter height outdoor swivel chair table. You'll enjoy watching the lanai tv while chilling in the pool. Grilling out is easy on the Weber BBQ grill. Open air concept when triple slider is concealed into the wall for totally open view! Watch the alligators, eagles and birdlife daily. This home offers power see thru hurricane screens that provide sunshade. Gourmet kitchen with huge island for entertainment. Open concept living space with large 65" tv. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 dressers, 2 night stands and huge walk in closet. Walk out to the lanai from the master. En suite bathroom has double sinks, and beautiful walk in shower with luxury shower system including multiple shower heads and hand spray. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, night stand and sliders open to lanai. Third bedroom has 2 twin size beds that can be made into a king, dresser and night stand. Located on same street as Golf Clubhouse. Eagle Lakes Golf Club is an affordable public course or enjoy the clubhouse for lunch or a cocktail. Close to Marco/Naples/Goodland, beaches, restaurants, Publix grocery store.

Was a nice house in a good location. Sunsets were great, as advertised. The pool was in good shape and was heated to a proper temperature. For the price, we were satisfied with everything and would return.

Naples Spring Break April 2023

Fantastic property and fantastic everything! Awesome pool area with all of the amenities where we spent most of our time and the interior was just as nice. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect Trip

It was such a beautiful home and will definitely be back. You’re close to so many beaches, shops and even a grocery store. Everything about the home is amazing you get beautiful sunrises and beautiful sunsets all while being able to relax in the pool or just sitting outside enjoying the fresh air.

Anniversary Trip

The house was even nicer in person. It was very clean and welcoming. Jan was an awesome host and reached out to us several times to ensure that our stay was going well. The sunset over the lake is gorgeous and photogenic. We have visited Marco Island several times but never Naples. We were celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. The outdoor space was amazing! Three generations and enjoy by everyone! House is well stocked and exactly as presented. Jan checked in on us a couple times but honestly we needed nothing.

Birthday Celebration

The house was just as pictured and we felt right at home. The outside space was very relaxing, the sunset views were great and we really enjoyed watching the wildlife. We had one minor issue the first day but it was fixed right away and Jan was very attentive. This house made us fall in love with Naples and we would definitely stay again.

Right at home

We enjoyed our stay. Feels like home as soon as we entered.. We were waiting for our new home to be be built and choose this house for the comfort and amenities. We closed on our new home right before the end of our stay. Give it a try and you would be disappointed. Thank you both.

Fabulous!

This house really held what the description had promised. The location was perfect to reach attractions in Naples and Marco Island in no time. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was great and the sunsets were beautiful every night. There was nothing more we could have wished for. And for the few times we had questions, the owner responded immediately. Definitely one to recommend!

Home Away from Home

The process of booking this property was simple and the owners were quick to respond and were beyond accommodating. The house was clean and was stocked with everything needed (even a wagon/chairs for the beach-yay!) We loved everything about our stay and the view of the sunsets from the lanai will not disappoint! We have two kiddos under 5 and they enjoyed the pool and seeing the gators in the lake (and so did we!). Rest assured…they keep to themselves. The location is a 10-15 minute drive to many attractions (Naples Zoo, airboat tours (we chose Jungle Erv’s), restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is a very nice Publix just down the road-convenient! We visited the Naples Pier and saw pelicans and dolphin in the distance. Lowdermilk Park has ample parking and was a shorter walk to the beach for our kiddos. If you like to shell, this was a nice spot to search too! I can’t say enough about our vacation. This was our first as a family of four and our stay at the “far away home” (we are from Michigan) exceeded our expectations. Many memories were created and will be forever cherished. Wonderful Spot for a Family Vacation

We rented this property for spring break with our three kids (12, 9, 6) and all of us absolutely loved it! My girls love to swim when we’re on vacation, so the pool and outdoor living space is key for us and this property delivers. The pool was wonderfully warm and had a great spot where we could sit with our feet in the water and watch the girls swim. We ate almost all of our meals at the outdoor dining table, however there was a great big island in the kitchen that we used frequently. The house has great space, everyone had their own bed and the master has a large bathroom and walk in closet. The garage is well stocked with chairs, beach toys, wagon, etc. for a beach day, which we took advantage of and spent a day at Tiger Tail beach on Marco Island (quick 15 minute drive). The house is a bit farther from downtown Naples, but this wasn’t important for us, we wanted to be close to Marco and the Everglades. The neighborhood is very quiet and the sunsets over the pool are a treat. Communication with the owners was great, they checked in to see if we needed anything and have a nice reference binder at the house with instructions, activity brochures, maps, restaurants, etc. The house was clean, well stocked with towels, and the kitchen was well appointed for meal prep. The smoke detector battery needed to be changed while we were there, but my husband found the spare battery and had it taken care of in 2 minutes. We’ll definitely rent this property again when we’re back in the area.

Best place we’ve ever stayed!

This house was simply stunning! They had every amenity you would ever need in that house, from coolers, pool towels, tons of games to play with the family. The kitchen was stocked with everything you ever needed on vacation. The whole house was amazing, but that outdoor space was to die for. The views of the sunset were top notch. Pool was heated to a perfect temperature and was large. Outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We are hoping to stay here again in the future! The Vorst’s

Fantastic !!

We have stayed at many homes in our travels, this on the top of our list! The outside pool area was fantastic, complete with heated pool, tv, comfortable chairs and loungers. The shower was so refreshing and therapeutic. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking. Look no further, we can’t wait to come back!
