Large renovated country house in Fleury, quiet, surrounded by fields. Ideal for discovering Lower Normandy: 5 minutes from Villedieu-les-Poêles, 20 minutes from the wild and natural beaches of Lower Normandy, and 30 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel. Enjoy a large garden and a beautiful view of nature. The interior is being modernised for a comfortable stay, between walks by the sea, historical heritage and wild landscapes typical of the region!

Please observe the following rules for the smooth running of your stay:

Energy & Consumption

Meters are read. In case of excessive consumption, an extra charge may be charged.
Please prefer off-peak hours for laundry: 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

Bedrooms and bedsPGJyPg�PGJyPg
The house has 4 bedrooms.

On the first floor (sleeps 2):
- 1 bedroom with a double bed.

Upstairs (sleeps 6):
- 2 bedrooms with double bed;
- 1 bedroom with a pull-out bed that converts into 2 single beds.

All bed linen is provided.

Bathrooms and toilets

Upstairs: a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor: 1 bathroom with shower - separate toilet.

We provide one towel kit per person depending on the number of people on the reservation. These kits are available in the rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped.
You have at your disposal the grey fridge + the large white freezer. If needed, another fridge is available in the garage.

Don't:
Do not place hot food directly on countertops or kitchen table (risk of deterioration).

Waste sorting & managementPGJyPgPGJyPg
Yellow bin (plastic/cardboard):
one in the kitchen, one in the garage.
In this bin, throw away all NON-FOOD waste (packaging etc).
If it is full, empty it into the large bin under the shed (small open building at the back of the house - in front of the kitchen window).

* Food waste:
the bin under the sink is dedicated to food waste
only in the transparent brown bags provided, to be then disposed of in the dark green bin under the shed.

Glass: a specific bin is available in the garage. Can you empty this bin yourself at the entrance to the city, in the parking lot in front of the church.

Collection schedule (we take care of it):

Cleaning & tidying upPGJyPg
No cleaning fee is charged. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
You will find the cleaning products in the cupboard of the washing machine (kitchen).
The vacuum cleaner is in the white cupboard next to the bedroom on the first floor, and the mop is located under the stairs.
A second vacuum cleaner is available upstairs. PGJyPg
Please unmake the beds at the end of your stay and fold the sheets and towels, to be placed on each bed.

OutdoorPGJyPgPGJyPg
Placemats and tablecloth are available for the outdoor table.
An ashtray is available on the shelves in the entrance.
4 deckchairs are stored in the garage.
Be careful, never leave the parasol open in your absence and at night it is very windy and it may blow away.


Restricted access & security

Access prohibited to the building at the bottom of the garden.
A water point is present at the bottom of the garden: be careful, markings are in place.

We are renting out our house for the first time. Do not hesitate to give us feedback on the positive points and areas for improvement
