Have you ever wanted to vacation in the middle of paradise and stay at a place with beach views right from your window? Who hasn't! Crystal Sands 214A is a comfortable condo perfect for your next beach retreat. The condo is located in the laidback Crystal Beach community in the heart of Destin. It has one bedroom, an open floorplan, front-row gulf views, and access to excellent vacation amenities. The condo can host up to six beach-going guests with bonus sleeping accommodations. Its size and location make it a great vacation rental for a romantic getaway with your other half or a small family getaway.

The condo's open floorplan is naturally lit and welcoming, thanks to a wall of sliding glass doors in the living room. The glass doors offer incredible views of the sparkling gulf and open onto a beachfront balcony. Two chairs and a glass-topped drink table furnish the balcony. It's a great spot to sip a refreshing glass of wine or a tropical cocktail while enjoying the company of your partner and watching a glorious beach sunset. The condo's interior is just as cozy. The living room includes a plush sofa, hardwood table, and a wall-mounted TV. A large wooden cabinet beside the TV houses a queen-size murphy bed that offers additional sleeping space. Tile floors extend from the living room into the open kitchen area, which features a dine-in, granite-topped table, and six chairs. The kitchen also has rich hardwood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a chic tile backsplash, and ample counter space.

In the condo's master bedroom, you will find a king-size bed with a woven base and headboard. The room is furnished with a dresser, side tables, and a wall-mounted TV. A mirrored wall accentuates the room's spaciousness. There is a bunk nook in the hall with a twin bunk bed for the kids. Guests have access to a full hall bath with a tub-shower combo, as well as a half bath that serves as a powder room.

Besides comfortable accommodations, the best part about Crystal Sands is its proximity to the beach. You are less than one minute from the iconic shimmering white sands and emerald waves that Destin has to offer. Additional condo amenities include free seasonal beach service, a community pool, and a grilling and picnic station. Another benefit of Crystal Sands is its incredible centralized location. Only a few minutes away is the Destin Commons shopping center with restaurants, boutiques, and a movie theater. To the west, you will find coastal entertainment and restaurants at HarborWalk Village. To the east is Miramar Beach, where you can visit Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard. And if you want to explore more local shops, restaurants, and art galleries, Scenic Highway 30A, and its quaint coastal villages are only a quick drive away.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Murphy Bed and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Powder Room, Laundry.

*Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Note - Through Spring, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
