Crystal Sands 211A is a light and bright beachfront condo located in one of the most sought-after locations in Destin. Enjoy your home away from home located at Crystal Sands directly on the gulf. Relax in the beach breeze while sitting on your private balcony listening to the sound of the waves. Swim in the large heated swimming pool (seasonal). Enjoy the sand and sun while taking a morning stroll or surfing the waves. Only steps away from the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, your vacation destination awaits.

This lovely unit is a second floor beach front condo featuring gorgeous gulf views and an easily accessible beach access. Use the elevators to reach the ground floor from your unit and it is a simple walk to the beach to put your toes in the sand! The unit features one bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom attached as well as another half bath just off the living room. There is a bunk nook in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo has a full kitchen with bar seating and gulf views.

Whether participating in thrill rides, watching sail boats and dolphins or enjoying a moment of our nation's history, Destin offers something for everyone. Centrally located the condo is a short walk to the restaurants. Beyond Crystal Sands, the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall are within a few miles.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Powder Room, Laundry.

*Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Note - Through Spring, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
